上行卸压开采顶板巷道布置时空效应研究

【摘要】:随着煤矿采深的增加,高瓦斯矿井和煤与瓦斯突出矿井日趋增多,煤与瓦斯突出煤层的开采难度也日趋增大,对煤矿开采工作带来了更大的挑战和更高的技术要求。经过大量的科学研究和实践检验,上行卸压开采被提出并广泛应用。但下保护层开采过后,其覆岩随采动受到一定程度的破坏,给上部被保护层的回采带来了一定的困难,尤其对采准巷道的布置提出了更高的要求。 本文结合淮北矿业集团朱仙庄矿Ⅱ5采区上行卸压开采的具体实例,着重从以下几个方面来分析总结;①通过建立覆岩破坏的弯拉破坏和剪切破坏模型,得出顶板的主要破断形式、初期来压和周期来压步距、并计算出覆岩“两带”高度及覆岩稳定周期;②采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对10煤开采进行模拟,分析总结出10煤开采后上覆岩层的变形破坏规律、被保护层8煤的变形破坏规律、同时对比不同位置巷道掘进时的效果,进而判断出被保护层回采巷道和底板岩石巷道的合适位置;③通过实验室相似模拟实验进行相似比例的模拟开采,揭示了上行卸压开采上覆岩层的变形破坏规律、应力场分布规律及覆岩的变形破坏稳定周期;④通过在淮北矿业集团朱仙庄矿Ⅱ5采区10煤顶板原有巷道布置监测点,根据长期的数据观测推断出上行卸压开采覆岩变形破坏规律及覆岩变形破坏稳定周期;从而确定顶板巷道的合理位置和适当的掘进时机。
