某含硫铝土矿石高效、低耗分选工艺研究

【摘要】:为了高效、低耗开发利用广西某含硫低品位铝土矿石,采用阶段磨矿与分级浮选相结合的工艺进行了矿石选矿试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占65%的情况下采用1粗2扫3精、中矿顺序返回流程脱硫,脱硫尾矿中的+0.074 mm粒级1次浮选粗粒铝土矿,粗粒铝土矿浮选尾矿再磨至-0.074 mm占96%的情况下与脱硫浮选尾矿中的-0.074 mm粒级合并1粗2扫3精浮选细粒铝土矿,最终获得S品位为40.54%、Al2O3含量为25.12%、Si O2含量为8.54%、S回收率为81.32%的硫精矿,以及Al2O3含量为65.17%、Si O2含量为8.13%、S含量为0.28%、铝硅比为8.01、Al2O3回收率为79.56%的铝土矿精矿。
[Abstract]:In order to develop and utilize a sulfur-bearing low-grade bauxite in Guangxi with high efficiency and low consumption, the ore dressing test was carried out by combining stage grinding with fractionation flotation. The results show that when the fineness of the ore is-0.074 mm (65%), the coarse bauxite is separated by 1 thick, 2 sweep, 3 fine, and the ore is desulphurized in sequence, and the coarse bauxite is flotation with 0.074 mm particle grade in the desulphurized tailings. When coarse bauxite flotation tailings are reground to-0.074 mm (96%) and-0.074 mm particles in desulphurization flotation tailings are combined with 1 coarse 2 sweep 3 fine flotation fine bauxite, the final S grade is 40. 54%. The content of Al2O3 is 25.12 and the content of Sio _ 2 is 8.54. The recovery rate of sulfur concentrate is 81.32%, and the content of Al2O3 is 65.17 and the content of Sio _ 2 is 8.13. The content of S is 0.28, the ratio of aluminum to silicon is 8.01. Al2O3 recovery of 79.56% bauxite concentrate.
