充填尾矿絮凝沉降规律及参数优化

【摘要】:为考察全尾矿絮凝沉降规律,以尾矿料浆浓度、絮凝剂XT9020溶液浓度和XT9020用量为影响因素,单位面积处理量为评价指标进行试验。结果表明:单位面积处理量与尾矿料浆浓度、XT9020溶液浓度和XT9020用量都呈现出非线性关系;尾矿料浆浓度为15%、XT9020浓度为0.3%、XT9020用量为25 g/t时,单位面积处理量最佳,为3.15 t/(h·m~2);各影响因素对单位面积处理量影响由强到弱依次为尾矿料浆浓度、XT9020浓度、XT9020溶液浓度。应用Design Expert软件进行絮凝沉降模型回归拟合,结果表明,尾矿料浆浓度为15%、XT9020用量为26.67g/t、XT9020溶液浓度为0.22%时,单位面积处理量最高,为3.26 t/(h·m~2),试验值和预测值吻合程度较高。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the flocculation settlement law of total tailings, the concentration of tailings slurry, the concentration of flocculant XT9020 solution and the amount of XT9020 were taken as the influencing factors, and the treatment amount per unit area was used as the evaluation index. The results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between the treatment capacity per unit area and the concentration of tailings slurry, the concentration of XT9020 solution and the amount of XT9020. When the concentration of tailings slurry is 15 and the concentration of XT9020 is 0.3and the dosage of XT9020 is 25g / t, the best treatment amount per unit area is 3.15t / (hmm2); The effects of various factors on the treatment capacity per unit area from strong to weak are tailings slurry concentration, XT9020 concentration and XT9020 solution concentration. The regression analysis of flocculation settlement model with Design Expert software shows that when the concentration of tailings slurry is 15 and the dosage of XT9020 is 26.67 g / t XT9020 solution concentration 0.22, the treatment capacity per unit area is the highest. It is 3.26t / (hmm2), and the experimental value is in good agreement with the predicted value.
