五沟煤矿矿井水井下处理工艺效果分析与出水水质评价

【摘要】:矿井水是指煤炭采掘过程中所有充入井下采掘空间的水。大量的矿井水若不经处理直接外排,不仅浪费宝贵的水资源,而且对矿井周边的土壤、地表水、浅层地下水等造成污染,破坏了矿井的生态环境。经研究发现矿井水经资源化技术处理后,其水质良好,可回用于矿区井下生产用水,井上生产、生活杂用水以及农业用水,缓解矿井水资源供给矛盾,节约大量的地下水资源。因此矿井水资源化是解决矿井缺水问题和煤炭工业可持续发展的最佳选择。 五沟煤矿在井下-440m水处理硐室中建成了矿井水井下净化处理系统,矿井水处理主体选择超磁分离净化技术。本文通过现场调研、资料的收集、采样测试与分析,得到了五沟煤矿矿井原水以及水处理工艺各个环节的水质特征,对其工艺效果进行分析,并基于不同用途进行水质评价。研究结果表明:该矿矿井水经超磁分离净化后的水质可以达到农田灌溉、锅炉、绿化等多种用途的用水水质要求,排放的矿井水水质也达到污水综合排放标准的二级标准。 通过经济效益的分析,采用井下超磁分离净化技术具有节省投资、占地少、处理成本低等多方面优越性,以及为矿井水资源化树立了成功的典范。
[Abstract]:Mine water refers to all the water filled into the underground mining space during the coal mining process. If a large amount of mine water is discharged directly without treatment, it will not only waste precious water resources, but also pollute the soil, surface water and shallow groundwater around the mine and destroy the ecological environment of the mine. Through the research, it is found that the mine water is of good water quality and can be reused in underground production water, well production, household miscellaneous water and agricultural water, which can alleviate the contradiction of mine water resources supply and save a lot of underground water resources. Therefore, mine water resources is the best choice to solve the problem of mine water shortage and the sustainable development of coal industry. In Wugou Coal Mine, a purification system under mine water well was built in the underground water treatment chamber of -440 m. The main body of mine water treatment is the technology of giant magnetic separation and purification. Through field investigation, data collection, sampling, testing and analysis, the water quality characteristics of raw water and water treatment process in Wugou coal mine are obtained. The process effect is analyzed, and the water quality is evaluated based on different uses. The results show that the water quality of mine water purified by magnetic separation can meet the water quality requirements of farmland irrigation, boiler, greening and so on. The water quality of mine water discharged can also meet the secondary standard of comprehensive sewage discharge standard. Based on the analysis of economic benefits, the application of the technology of underground giant magnetic separation and purification has the advantages of saving investment, less occupation, low treatment cost and so on. It also sets a successful example for mine water resources.
