气动式击打弧形筛的研究与应用

【摘要】:目前重介设备的分选下限已小于0.25mm,从技术经济角度来衡量,+0.25mm粒级煤已没有必要进入浮选作业重复分选。因此,在我国采用重介质旋流器工艺的炼焦煤选煤厂,多数可将浮选入料粒度上限下调为0.25mm。 在采用无压给料三产品重介质旋流器工艺的炼焦煤选煤厂中,处理精煤磁选机尾矿的精煤泥弧形筛,实质起到了煤泥浮选生产系统的粒度控制功能。本文通过对浮选入料粒度及其控制设备的分析,进行了气动式击打弧形筛在不同击打间隔时间和击打压力时的参数优化试验研究,以不同的角度出发,得到了针对于林西选煤厂和大多数选煤厂两种情况下的气动式击打弧形筛的最佳击打间隔时间和最佳击打压力,并与淮南潘一选煤厂的两段精煤泥弧形筛进行了对比分析。 试验研究表明:针对于林西选煤厂,考虑到其最终精煤灰分要求,精煤泥弧形筛的指定粒度为0.125mm,最佳击打间隔时间和最佳击打压力分别是l0s和0.1MPa,比原来的筛分效率提高了21.32%。而对于大多数选煤厂,在指定粒度为0.25mm时,气动式击打弧形筛的最佳击打间隔时间和最佳击打压力分别是4s和0.3MPa,其工艺效果要好于传统的不击打弧形筛以及两段弧形筛。气动式击打弧形筛有效地控制了浮选入料的粒度上限,为其能在浮选中得到有效分选提供了有利条件。
[Abstract]:At present, the lower limit of separation of heavy medium equipment is less than 0.25 mm. Judging from the point of view of technology and economy, it is no longer necessary for 0.25mm granular coal to enter the flotation operation for repeated separation. Therefore, most coking coal preparation plants using heavy medium cyclone process can lower the upper limit of flotation feed size to 0.25 mm. In the coking coal preparation plant which adopts the three-product heavy medium cyclone process without pressure feed, the fine coal slime arc sieve used to treat the tailings of the concentrate coal magnetic separator plays the function of particle size control of the coal slime flotation production system. Based on the analysis of the particle size of floatation feed and its control equipment, this paper studies the optimization of the parameters of the pneumatic impact arc screen under different beating intervals and pressure, and sets out from different angles. The optimum strike interval time and the optimal impact pressure of the pneumatic impact arc screen for Linxi Coal preparation Plant and most of the coal preparation plants were obtained, and compared with the two sections of fine coal slime arc screen in Huainan Panyi Coal preparation Plant. The experimental results show that the specified particle size of the arc screen is 0.125 mm, and the optimum interval time and pressure are 10 s and 0.1 MPA, respectively, for Linxi Coal preparation Plant. Compared with the original screening efficiency increased 21.32. For most coal preparation plants, when the particle size is 0.25mm, the optimum strike interval time and the optimal strike pressure are 4s and 0.3MPa, respectively. Its technological effect is better than the traditional non-strike arc screen and two-stage arc screen. Pneumatic impact arc screen can effectively control the upper limit of floatation feed size and provide favorable conditions for its effective separation in flotation.
