悬臂式掘进机的干涉分析及结构改造研究

【摘要】:悬臂式掘进机(Boom-Type Roadheader)是一类可以实现机械破煤岩、装料、运输煤岩,依靠液压驱动行走,具有喷雾、灭尘等功能的巷道掘进联合机组,被广泛的应用于煤矿井下巷道的施工。随着煤炭装备技术水平的提高,年产千万吨的生产矿井越来越多,现有的综掘机已不能适应现代化矿井的发展需求,这就对掘进设备提出了更高的要求。悬臂式掘进机综合性能的安全可靠性不仅直接影响整个矿井的生产能力、矿井经济效益,而且还涉及到井下工作人员的生命安全。本论文结合梅花井煤矿生产的实际条件,依据EBZ-120C悬臂式掘进机的结构特征和使用情况,深入分析了EBZ-120C悬臂式掘进机截割部与铲板部的干涉问题,并指出导致截割部与铲板部干涉的根源在三个层面,即截割部限位装置与铲板部自身的设计缺陷、液压油缸的调节与控制精度不够、铲板部后部的限位装置尺寸设计不合理。基于上述问题,本文提出了解决干涉途径:一是将悬臂式掘进机截割部限位装置与铲板部自身的设计缺陷进行技术改造,将限位块的基本尺寸进行优化设计(宽度增加50mm,高度降低50mm)。二是采用数字液压缸这一新技术来实现行程控制的思路,进而避开铲板与截割臂的干涉范围。通过实际应用,这种方法对防止铲板和截割部干涉具有重要作用。本文提出的方案使得EBZ-120C型更适应现代化矿井的生产要求,提高了生产效率、降低了使用成本。
[Abstract]:The cantilever roadheader (Boom-Type Roadheader) is a kind of roadway driving combined unit which can realize mechanical coal breaking, loading, transporting coal and rock, depending on hydraulic driving, and has the functions of spray, dust extinguishing and so on. It is widely used in underground roadway construction. With the improvement of technical level of coal equipment, there are more and more production mines with annual production capacity of ten million tons. The existing fully mechanized excavators can no longer meet the needs of the development of modern mines, which puts forward higher requirements for tunneling equipment. The safety and reliability of the comprehensive performance of the cantilever roadheader not only directly affects the production capacity of the whole mine and the economic benefit of the mine, but also relates to the life safety of the underground workers. According to the structure and application of EBZ-120C cantilever roadheader, the interference between cutting part and shovel plate part of EBZ-120C cantilever roadheader is deeply analyzed in this paper, according to the actual conditions of coal mine production in Meihua well, according to the structure characteristics and application situation of EBZ-120C cantilever roadheader. It is pointed out that the interference between the cutting part and the shovel is caused by three levels, namely, the design defects of the cutting part limit device and the shovel plate part, the insufficient adjustment and control accuracy of the hydraulic cylinder, and the unreasonable design of the dimension of the limit device in the rear part of the shovel plate part. Based on the above problems, this paper puts forward a way to solve the interference: firstly, the design defects of the cutting part limit device and the shovel plate part of the cantilever roadheader are reformed, and the basic size of the limit block is optimized (the width is increased by 50mm, Height reduction 50mm). Secondly, the new technology of digital hydraulic cylinder is adopted to realize the train of thought of stroke control, thus avoiding the interference range between the shovel plate and the cutting arm. Through practical application, this method plays an important role in preventing the interference of shovel plate and cutting part. The scheme proposed in this paper makes the EBZ-120C type more suitable for the production requirements of modern mines, improves the production efficiency and reduces the use cost.
