输送带全断面断带抓捕器抓捕过程研究

【摘要】:为抓捕断裂或者倒转打滑的输送带,从而减少输送带断裂造成的破坏与损失,介绍了一种新型全断面断带抓捕器,阐述了该抓捕器的结构与动作原理,并根据理论力学基本知识分析了抓捕过程,给出了抓捕器实现断带抓捕的条件,并分析了夹持角与摩擦因数等对抓捕效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:当夹持角θ与摩擦因数α满足1/α≤tanθ时,抓捕器可形成自锁,即在结构与输送带强度允许范围内,抓捕器可以提供足够大的抓捕力夹持断带;当1/αtanθ时,抓捕器不能形成自锁,此时机构存在最大抓捕力,且与配重、夹持角以及摩擦因数有关,可根据实际需求配重调整等方法实现抓捕。
