近距离煤层群下煤层综放开采上行开采技术研究

【摘要】:为了提高燕家河煤矿煤炭资源回采率、延长矿井的服务年限和实现煤层群中厚薄煤层之间合理配采,文章基于矿井中近距离煤层群5-1煤、5-2煤及8煤地质条件,采用理论分析、物理模拟、数值模拟、现场实测分析等方法对近距离煤层群下煤层综放开采上行开采技术进行深入研究,在综合分析8煤综放开采采场覆岩运移规律及破断特征后,确定了上覆5-1煤、5-2煤岩层变形破坏特征、上行开采可行性以及5-1煤、5-2煤工作面合理布置等关键参数。主要研究结果如下:(1)理论分析表明,5-1煤层位于8煤工作面采空区上方垮落带的上层位、裂缝带的下层位;5-2煤层位于8煤工作面采空区上方垮落带与裂缝带的过渡层位,少部分钻孔区域显示不满足上行开采。(2)采场覆岩运移及破断特征分析表明:8煤工作面采场覆岩垮落带高度为25m左右,裂缝带高度为35~60m;5-1煤层处于8煤垮落带之上,5-1煤层顶底板连续性完好,不存在台阶下沉,可上行开采。5-2煤相对5-1煤破坏较严重。(3)钻孔窥视实测8煤垮落带高度约为25m。5-2煤巷探显示顶底板未出现台阶下沉,煤层出现整体下沉、连续性完好,可上行开采。当8煤采空区一侧为实体煤层或8煤区段煤柱为宽煤柱(20m)时,5-2煤工作面布置其顺槽应内错8煤采空区不小于25m。(4)综合以上分析表明,8煤综放开采后,上覆5-1、5-2煤层处于整体下沉,煤层结构连续性完好;除切眼、停采线及工作面上下端头上部局部区域以外,5-1、5-2煤层未出现台阶错动,均可上行开采。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources in Yanjiahe coal mine, prolong the service life of the coal mine and realize rational mining between the thick and thin coal seams in the coal seam group, this paper bases on the geological conditions of 5-1 coal, 5-2 coal and 8 coal in the coal seam group. Using the methods of theoretical analysis, physical simulation, numerical simulation, field measurement analysis and so on, the up-going mining technology of fully mechanized caving mining under the close distance coal seam group is deeply studied. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the overlying rock migration and breaking characteristics of 8 coal fully mechanized caving mining stope, the deformation and failure characteristics of overlying 5-1 coal and 5-2 coal strata, the feasibility of upward mining and the 5-1 coal are determined. 5-2 coal face reasonable arrangement and other key parameters. The main results are as follows: (1) theoretical analysis shows that the 5-1 coal seam is located in the upper layer of the caving zone above the goaf of No. 8 coal face and the lower layer of the fracture zone; The 5-2 coal seam is located in the transitional zone between the caving zone and the fracture zone above the goaf of No. 8 coal face. (2) the analysis of overlying rock migration and fracture characteristics of stope shows that the height of overlying rock collapse zone is about 25m and the height of fracture zone is 350.60m; Coal seam 5-1 is above the 8th coal caving zone, and the roof and floor of coal seam 5-1 are in good continuity, and there is no step sinking. The damage of 5-2 coal is more serious than that of 5-1 coal. (3) the height of 8 coal caving zone measured by borehole observation is about 25m.5-2 coal roadway, the roof and floor does not appear step subsidence, the coal seam appears whole subsidence, and the continuity is intact. It can be mined up. When one side of 8 coal goaf is solid coal seam or 8 coal section coal pillar is wide pillar (20m), 5-2 coal face should be arranged in the same slot and 8 coal goaf should not be less than 25m. (4) the comprehensive analysis above shows that after 8 coal fully mechanized caving mining, 8 coal fully mechanized caving mining, The overlying coal seam 5-1D 5-2 is in the whole subsidence, and the coal seam structure continuity is intact; Except for cutting, stoppage and the upper part of the upper end of the working face, there is no step dislocation in the 5-1D 5-2 coal seam, so it can be mined up.
