桓仁铜锌矿卷扬机硐室围岩稳定性分析及评价与支护对策研究

【摘要】:矿产资源因其在现今作为能源及工业原料的主要资源被人们所利用,对矿产资源的开采相应的也就越来越广泛。随着矿产资源的开发利用,矿山巷道等地下硐室的开采过程中的安全问题也是现在人们所关注的,相应的对于硐室围岩的稳定性的评价及评价后对于不稳定围岩采取的支护措施也逐渐的形成了一门学科,应用到各个矿山巷道地下硐室中。桓仁铜锌矿属于典型的综合性矿产,富多种有色金属:铜、银、铅、铁、锌、钼。向阳矿7#竖井是向阳矿井为西部接力提升竖井的一段竖井。矿床类型属于典型的侵入闪长岩与沉积灰岩接触交带而形成的矽卡岩型矿床。拟建的向阳坑七号卷扬机室,1989年施工时因作业面原岩构造稳定性差,导致顶部岩石落盘而废止,为了重新利用,需对卷扬机硐室进行稳定性分析,再根据稳定性现状建议采取适当的支护措施。先对卷扬机硐室进行了资料的收集、现场的工程地质方面的调查、量测、监测、取样分析等,根据实际情况,收集研究了与本工程相关的国内外研究现状,结合本工程的实际情况,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法进行硐室松动圈范围判定及围岩的分级。松动圈范围的判定以现场单孔声测法进行岩体的波速测试,由测试结果的波速值来初步判定松动圈范围,再结合普氏理论,以理论的方式进行松动圈范围计算,,综合两种判定结果,最终确定本卷扬机硐室的松动圈范围。以室内岩石的物理力学性质等试验数据为依据,结合相关规范而进行围岩分级。对硐室围岩表面进行垂直位移点监测,记录并整理相关数据,由松动圈范围、工程岩体分级、监测数据等对桓仁铜锌矿卷扬机硐室进行稳定性的综合分析及评价。根据稳定性分析结果建议卷扬机硐室采用锚喷结合裂隙灌浆的方法进行支护,通过具体的计算,确定采用锚杆的形式、锚杆长度等、裂隙灌浆的方式、喷射混凝土采用的工艺及喷射厚度等。锚杆因其成本相对较低、施工工艺简单、适用性广泛,而被普遍应用于隧道及矿山等地下工程、边坡、基坑工程、桥梁等的支护中,其遍布土建及采矿工程的各个领域,国内外锚固技术已达600多种。本文论述的各个阶段均采用定性分析与定量分析的方式相结合的方法,引用国内外比较完善及先进的理论研究方法及实际测量、监测、施工等技术,客观的对桓仁铜锌矿卷扬机硐室稳定性进行了分析评价及对保护措施进行了建议,对卷扬机硐室的日后的支护施工提供了方法及参数建议。
[Abstract]:Mineral resources are used by people because of their main resources as energy and industrial raw materials, and the exploitation of mineral resources is becoming more and more extensive. With the development and utilization of mineral resources, people pay more attention to the safety problems in the mining process of underground caverns such as mine roadways. The corresponding evaluation and evaluation of the stability of the surrounding rock of the chamber has gradually formed a discipline for the unstable surrounding rock, which is applied to the underground chamber of each mine roadway. Huanren copper-zinc ore is a typical comprehensive mineral, rich in many non-ferrous metals: copper, silver, lead, iron, zinc, molybdenum. The shaft of Xiangyang mine is a section of shaft for the west relay lifting shaft. The deposit type belongs to skarn type deposit formed by contact zone between intrusive diorite and sedimentary limestone. The proposed hoist room No. 7 of Xiangyangkeng was abolished because of the poor stability of the original rock structure of the working surface during the construction in 1989. In order to reuse, it is necessary to analyze the stability of the hoist chamber. According to the stability of the current situation, appropriate support measures are proposed. First of all, the data collection of the hoist chamber, the investigation, measurement, monitoring, sampling and analysis of the engineering geology on the spot are carried out. According to the actual situation, the domestic and foreign research situation related to the project is collected and studied. Combined with the actual situation of the project, the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used to determine the scope of loose ring and the classification of surrounding rock. The range of loose circle is determined by the method of sound measurement of single hole in the field. The range of loosening circle is preliminarily determined by the wave velocity value of the test result, and the range of loosening circle is calculated by the theoretical method combined with the theory of Plain. Synthesizing two kinds of judgment results, the loosening circle range of the winch chamber is finally determined. Based on the test data of physical and mechanical properties of indoor rocks, surrounding rock classification is carried out in combination with relevant codes. The vertical displacement points of the surrounding rock surface of the chamber are monitored, and the relevant data are recorded and arranged. The stability of the hoist chamber of Huanren copper-zinc mine hoist is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by the loosening zone range, engineering rock mass classification and monitoring data. According to the results of stability analysis, it is suggested that the hoist chamber should be supported by bolting and shotcreting combined with fissure grouting. Through concrete calculation, the form of anchor rod, the length of anchor rod and the way of crack grouting should be determined. The technology and thickness of spray concrete. Because of its relatively low cost, simple construction technology and wide applicability, anchor rod is widely used in underground engineering, slope, foundation pit engineering, bridge and so on, and is widely used in various fields of civil and mining engineering. Anchorage technology at home and abroad has reached more than 600. The methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used in all the stages discussed in this paper, and the relatively perfect and advanced theoretical research methods and practical measurement, monitoring and construction techniques are cited at home and abroad. The stability of winch chamber in Huanren copper-zinc mine is analyzed and evaluated objectively and the protection measures are suggested. The method and parameter suggestions are provided for the supporting construction of winch chamber in the future.
