露天矿设备维修管理信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】:露天矿设备正朝着大型化、连续化和自动化的方向发展,矿山工程设备种类与型号繁多,设备管理工作的难度和复杂度逐渐提高,设备的健康运行是矿业企业正常生产得以顺利实施的关键保障,结合新的互联网技术和矿业企业生产特点,利用互联网+的思想对企业设备维修管理过程进行升级改造,是目前企业发展所要解决的突出问题。论文以企业资产管理理论(EAM)、设备维修理论、设备故障理论为基础,结合新的软件开发技术和设计模式,针对露天矿设备维修管理的特点和实际生产管理需求,设计并开发了露天矿设备维修管理信息系统。该系统采用B/S结构模式,以Microsoft SQL Server2008为后台数据库,以Visual Studio 2013为开发工具,以ASP.NET和MVC为主要开发技术,实现了露天矿设备维修基础信息管理和维修过程管理等功能。通过以神华宝日希勒露天煤矿为实施对象的测试表明,该系统完全能够满足露天矿设备维修管理信息化、科学化的需求。
[Abstract]:The equipment of the open-pit mine is developing in the direction of large-scale, continuous and automatic, and the types and models of the mine engineering equipment are various, the difficulty and complexity of the management of the equipment are gradually improved, and the healthy operation of the equipment is the key guarantee for the smooth implementation of the normal production of the mining enterprises. In combination with the new technology of the Internet and the characteristics of the mining enterprises, the upgrade and transformation of the maintenance and management process of the enterprise equipment by using the idea of the Internet + are the outstanding problems to be solved in the current enterprise development. Based on the enterprise asset management theory (EAM), the equipment maintenance theory and the equipment fault theory, the paper combines the new software development technology and design pattern, aiming at the characteristics of the maintenance and management of the open-pit mine equipment and the actual production management requirements. The maintenance and management information system of open-pit equipment is designed and developed. The system adopts B/ S structure mode, and takes Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as the background database, and uses Visual Studio 2013 as the development tool, and uses ASP.NET and MVC as the main development technology, and realizes the functions of basic information management and maintenance process management of open-pit equipment maintenance. The test shows that the system can meet the requirements of the information and scientific management of the maintenance and management of the open-pit mine.
