采煤机截割部动力学特性研究及其对截割性能的影响

【摘要】:本文为了研究采煤机截割部动力学特性及其对截割性能的影响,在总结前人对煤岩截割机理、采煤机的截割性能和截割部动力学等方面科研成果的前提下,从截齿对煤岩的截割机理及单个截齿的受力分析入手,进而研究采煤机螺旋滚筒的负载特性和截齿的运动学特性;考虑摇臂弹性变形的影响,运用集中参数建模方法,研究更能真实反映采煤机截割部的振动特性的模型构造方法,并对不同工作位置时的位移响应和频率响应特性进行了数值分析;以多柔体系统动力学动力学为理论基础,运用虚拟仿真平台ADAMS. ANSYS和MATLAB联合搭建了采煤机截割部的三维仿真模型,运用ADAMS/Vibration模块对截割部进行模态特性分析,并对摇臂的各连接铰耳的动态响应特性做了初步研究;通过对采煤机截割部动力学特性的总结,并将其振动特性引入到截齿运动参数和滚筒负载特性的研究中,分析了截割部振动特性对截齿运动特性和滚筒负载的影响。
[Abstract]:In this paper, in order to study the dynamic characteristics of cutting part of shearer and its influence on cutting performance, on the premise of summing up the scientific research achievements in the aspects of cutting mechanism of coal and rock, cutting performance of shearer and cutting part dynamics, etc. Based on the analysis of the cutting mechanism of coal and rock and the force of a single cutter, the load characteristics and kinematic characteristics of the helical drum of the shearer are studied. Considering the effect of elastic deformation of rocker arm, the method of modeling with concentrated parameters is used to study the model construction method, which can reflect the vibration characteristics of cutting part of shearer more truthfully. The characteristics of displacement response and frequency response at different working positions are analyzed numerically. Based on the theory of multi-flexible system dynamics, the virtual simulation platform ADAMS. is used. The 3D simulation model of cutting part of shearer is built by ANSYS and MATLAB. The modal characteristic of cutting part is analyzed by ADAMS/Vibration module, and the dynamic response characteristics of each joint hinge of rocker arm are studied preliminarily. By summarizing the dynamic characteristics of cutting part of shearer and introducing its vibration characteristics into the research of gear cutting motion parameters and drum load characteristics, the influence of cutting part vibration characteristics on the tooth cutting motion characteristics and cylinder load is analyzed.
