矿用隔爆型移动变电站高压开关保护系统的开发

【摘要】:本课题是山西晋城无烟煤矿业集团有限责任公司科技攻关项目“矿用隔爆型移动变电站高低压馈电开关的开发(项目编号:JSYJ-JSKF-2014-0050)的重要组成部分,主要是针对目前我国矿用高压开关存在测量精度低、采样算法陈旧、抗干扰性能差、保护难以整定、越级跳闸故障频发、功能不能满足需求这些问题而提出的。随着我国煤炭工业的快速发展,对煤矿井下供电系统的可靠性、安全性和连续性提出了新的要求,同时也对保证供电系统安全运行的重要设备矿用隔爆型移动变电站高压开关的保护系统提出了更高的要求。因此,开发一套集多种保护、通信、测控功能于一体的矿用隔爆型移动变电站高压开关的保护系统具有重要的现实意义。 论文在对矿用高压电网常见故障原因、故障类型和保护算法分析的基础上,开发了基于DSP芯片TMS320F28335和C8051F020单片机双CPU结构的矿用隔爆型移动变电站高压开关保护系统,不仅可以实时测量、分析判断和处理高压电网数据,又可以与多机进行通信,实现资源共享,远程监测监控等功能,为煤矿数字化安全生产提供技术保障。本文主要研究内容如下: 在查阅大量国内外相关技术文献的基础上,,经多次现场调研,分析了目前矿用高压电网常见故障原因、故障类型,提出了基于光纤闭锁式防越级跳闸短路保护方案,将多机光纤通信应用到速断保护中,实现了短路保护动作的选择性。 综合考虑煤矿井下供电系统结构和安装环境,在确保煤矿井下供电安全的前提下,设计了多CPU的控制框架,开发了保护系统硬件电路,包括DSP最小系统、信号调理电路、开关量输入/输出电路、通讯电路和供电电路,提出了硬件抗干扰的方法。 根据井下高压开关保护装置需要实现的功能,采用模块化结构程序设计方法,设计了保护系统的主程序、故障判断及处理子程序、液晶显示子程序和通讯子程序等,分析了保护系统数据采集方法及相关算法,并提出了软件抗干扰的方法。 利用实验室及协作单位山西晋城无烟煤矿业集团有限责任公司已有的测试条件,对本文所研制的高压真空开关保护系统进行了各项功能的调试,试验结果表明:系统保护功能完善,运行稳定,动作可靠,灵敏度高,系统能够准确、快速地对矿用高压电网信号进行采集和处理,实现选择性短路、过载、过压等保护功能,对提高井下供电系统的可靠性和安全性有重要意义。
[Abstract]:This subject is an important part of Shanxi Jincheng anthracite Mining Group Co., Ltd. "Development of high and low voltage feeder switch (project number: JSYJ-JSKF-2014-0050) in mine flameproof mobile substation." Aiming at the problems of low measuring precision, outmoded sampling algorithm, poor anti-interference performance, difficult to set protection, frequent over-grade tripping failure and function being unable to meet the demand, the problems of mining high-voltage switch in our country at present are put forward. With the rapid development of China's coal industry, new requirements are put forward for the reliability, safety and continuity of underground power supply system in coal mines. At the same time, the protection system of high voltage switch for mine flameproof mobile substation is put forward higher requirements for the important equipment to ensure the safe operation of the power supply system. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop a high voltage switch protection system for mine flameproof mobile substation, which integrates multi-protection, communication and measurement and control functions. Based on the analysis of common fault cause, fault type and protection algorithm of mine high voltage power network, a mine flameproof mobile substation high voltage switch protection system based on DSP chip TMS320F28335 and C8051F020 single chip microcomputer double CPU structure is developed in this paper. It can not only measure, analyze and process the data of high voltage power network in real time, but also communicate with many computers, realize the functions of resource sharing, remote monitoring and monitoring, and provide technical guarantee for the digital safety production of coal mine. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign relevant technical documents, after many on-the-spot investigations, the causes and types of common faults in high-voltage power grids used in mines are analyzed. This paper presents a short circuit protection scheme based on optical fiber locking to prevent overstepping tripping. The multi-computer optical fiber communication is applied to fast-break protection and the selectivity of short-circuit protection is realized. Considering the structure and installation environment of underground power supply system in coal mine, under the premise of ensuring the safety of underground power supply, the control frame of multiple CPU is designed, and the hardware circuit of protection system is developed, including DSP minimum system and signal conditioning circuit. The method of hardware anti-interference is put forward in this paper, such as switch input / output circuit, communication circuit and power supply circuit. According to the function of downhole high voltage switch protection device, the main program, fault judgement and processing subroutine, liquid crystal display subroutine and communication subroutine of the protection system are designed by using the modular structure program design method. This paper analyzes the data acquisition method and related algorithms of the protection system, and puts forward the method of software anti-interference. Based on the existing testing conditions of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group Co., Ltd., the function of the high-voltage vacuum switch protection system developed in this paper is debugged by the laboratory and cooperation unit, Shanxi Jincheng anthracite Mining Group Co., Ltd. The test results show that the system has perfect protection function, stable operation, reliable operation, high sensitivity, and the system can collect and process the signals of mine high voltage power network accurately and quickly, and realize the protection functions such as selective short circuit, overload, overvoltage, etc. It is of great significance to improve the reliability and safety of underground power supply system.
