以太网测控终端设计及其在煤炭产销系统的应用

【摘要】:自加入世贸组织以来,国家对煤炭的需求不断增长。受利益驱动,超能力生产现象在煤矿产业中普遍发生。超能力生产不仅带来一系列安全问题,还带来煤炭企业偷税漏税的问题。基于山东省某市煤炭管理局的远程煤炭产销监控系统应用课题,本文设计了课题所需的嵌入式以太网测控终端,该终端能够实时获取煤矿生产和销售情况并上传到煤炭局管理中心,使管理部门能够从源头上监管超能力生产现象的发生。本文首先对以太网测控终端进行应用需求分析,选择STM32F107微控制器作为嵌入式主控芯片,LwIP作为嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈,FreeRTOS作为课题的实时操作系统。然后进行了具体的软硬件设计。硬件设计部分包括:低压电源系统、主控电路、通信接口、抗干扰电路等具体设计;软件部分首先完成了软件平台搭建,包括FreeRTOS实时操作系统移植、以太网通信驱动程序移植,RTC驱动程序设计等,然后根据课题需求,在操作系统平台上实现产销数据获取、以太网通信、数据U盘读写、人机交互以及异常报警等任务。接着,通过对测控终端进行测试,进一步验证设计方案的可行性。同时,根据现场实际运行情况对以太网通信任务、称重数据筛选算法以及载煤汽车运输方向判别算法进行改进。最后对嵌入式以太网测控终端进行了总结和展望。作为物联网相关技术的一个典型应用,本文将嵌入式以太网技术运用到煤矿生产与销售监控领域,可使获取的产销信息更为实时、准确和全面,符合信息时代的发展要求,具有一定的研究意义。
[Abstract]:Since joining the WTO, the country's demand for coal has been increasing. Driven by interests, the phenomenon of super-capacity production is common in the coal mine industry. Ultra-capacity production not only brings a series of safety problems, but also brings about tax evasion in coal enterprises. Based on the application project of the remote coal production and marketing monitoring system of a city coal administration in Shandong province, this paper designs the embedded Ethernet measurement and control terminal, which is needed for the project. The terminal can obtain the coal mine production and sales in real time and upload it to the management center of coal bureau, so that the management department can monitor the occurrence of super-capacity production from the source. Firstly, the application requirements of Ethernet measurement and control terminal are analyzed, and STM32F107 microcontroller is selected as the embedded master chip, LwIP as the embedded TCP/IP protocol stack, and FreeRTOS as the real-time operating system of the project. Then the specific hardware and software design is carried out. The hardware design part includes: low-voltage power supply system, main control circuit, communication interface, anti-interference circuit and so on. Firstly, the software platform is built, including FreeRTOS real-time operating system migration, Ethernet communication driver migration, RTC driver design, etc. Then, according to the requirements of the project, the production and marketing data acquisition is realized on the operating system platform. Ethernet communication, data U disk reading and writing, human-computer interaction and abnormal alarm tasks. Then, through the measurement and control terminal test, further verify the feasibility of the design. At the same time, the Ethernet communication task, the weight data selection algorithm and the coal carrier transportation direction discrimination algorithm are improved according to the actual operation on the spot. Finally, the embedded Ethernet measurement and control terminal is summarized and prospected. As a typical application of Internet of things-related technology, this paper applies embedded Ethernet technology to coal mine production and sales monitoring field, which can make the obtained production and marketing information more real-time, accurate and comprehensive, in line with the development requirements of the information age. It has certain research significance.
