凤凰煤矿瓦斯抽采达标评价研究

【摘要】:矿井瓦斯事故严重威胁我国煤矿的安全生产;但同时,矿井瓦斯又是一种洁净、高效的能源。解决矿井瓦斯问题,除了加强矿井通风外,另一个重要的解决手段就是实现瓦斯抽采。所以,矿井瓦斯抽采既能消除瓦斯事故隐患,保障煤矿安全生产,又能提供大量的清洁能源。本文在综述国内外瓦斯抽采现状的基础上,以荥经县凤凰煤业有限公司为研究对象,根据《煤矿瓦斯抽采达标暂行规定》等的要求,采用安全检查表分析法编制了高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽采达标基础条件评价检查表。针对矿井煤层薄、瓦斯含量高、透气性差、地质条件差的特点,对凤凰煤矿顶板高位钻孔瓦斯抽采方法的抽采效果进行了评价。通过编制的基础达标考核评分表和现场实测数据的统计分析、计算,评判了凤凰煤矿的瓦斯抽采达标,验证了顶板高位钻孔瓦斯抽采方法作为矿井瓦斯抽采主要方法的合理性,并提出了改进对策。研究表明,凤凰煤矿采用顶板高位钻孔瓦斯抽采方法后,提高了采煤工作面瓦斯抽采率,消除了采煤工作面瓦斯积聚现象,实现了瓦斯能源的安全、高效、绿色开采。
[Abstract]:Mine gas accident is a serious threat to the safety of coal mine production in our country, but at the same time, mine gas is a clean and efficient energy source. Besides strengthening mine ventilation, another important solution to solve mine gas problem is to achieve gas drainage. Therefore, mine gas extraction can not only eliminate the hidden trouble of gas accident, guarantee the safe production of coal mine, but also provide a large amount of clean energy. On the basis of summarizing the present situation of gas drainage at home and abroad, this paper takes Fenghuang Coal Industry Co., Ltd in Yingjing County as the research object, and according to the requirements of the interim regulations on Gas drainage Standards in Coal Mines, The safety check table analysis method is used to compile the evaluation check table of the basic conditions for gas drainage in high gas mine. In view of the characteristics of thin coal seam, high gas content, poor gas permeability and poor geological conditions, this paper evaluates the extraction effect of high-position drilling gas extraction method in the roof of Fenghuang Coal Mine. Through the statistical analysis of the basic standard check-up scale and the field measured data, the gas drainage standard of Fenghuang Coal Mine is evaluated, and the rationality of the gas drainage method of the roof high-position drilling hole as the main method of mine gas drainage is verified. At the same time, the improvement countermeasures are put forward. The research shows that the gas drainage rate of coal face is improved, the gas accumulation phenomenon is eliminated, and the safety, high efficiency and green mining of gas energy are realized by adopting the method of gas drainage with high roof drilling in Fenghuang Coal Mine.
