大采高膏体充填工作面矿压规律研究

【摘要】：针对大采高工作面回采期间矿山压力灾害事故多发问题,以许厂煤矿1331工作面为例,基于数值模拟方法通过控制变量确定合理充填步距和现场设置监测点,对大采高膏体充填工作面矿压规律进行了监测分析研究。结果表明:大采高充填工作面充填步距越大,工作面前方支承压力峰值距煤壁越远,其值越大,但变化幅度不超过3%。不同充填步距下待充填处顶板最大下沉量变化幅度超过10%,采空区最大下沉量变化幅度则超过5%。工作面基本顶来压步距离散性较大,初次来压步距20.1~43.3 m,周期来压步距14~22 m,来压强度较小,采空区充填体对顶板进行有效支撑。随工作面推进充填体强度不断上升,充填体应力趋于稳定周期为2个月,此时采场覆岩运动趋于稳定。
[Abstract]:In view of the frequent accidents of mine pressure disasters during mining in high mining face, taking 1331 face of Xuchang Coal Mine as an example, the reasonable filling step and site monitoring points are determined by means of control variables based on numerical simulation method. In this paper, the monitoring and analysis of the law of mining pressure in large-scale high-gypsum filling face are carried out. The results show that the greater the filling step distance is, the farther the supporting pressure peak value is from the coal wall, but the larger the value is, but the less than 3% of the change range is. The maximum subsidence of roof under different filling steps is more than 10%, and that of goaf is more than 5%. The distance of the basic roof pressure step is large, the initial pressure step distance is 20.1 ~ 43.3 m, the periodic pressure step distance is 14 ~ 22 m, the strength of the pressure is small, and the goaf filling body can effectively support the roof of the coal face, and the first step distance is 20.1 ~ 43.3 m and the periodic pressure step distance is 14 ~ 22 m. The stress of the filling body tends to be stable for 2 months, and the overburden movement of the stope tends to be stable when the strength of the filling body increases with the advancing of the working face.
