微细粒钨锡矿物选矿技术研究现状及进展

【摘要】：微细粒钨锡矿物难以选别,生产指标低,是世界选矿领域难题之一,研究微细粒钨锡选矿技术发展现状对于指导生产具有重要意义。本文从微细粒钨锡选矿工艺和选矿药剂的发展现状进行综合评述,认为微细粒钨锡回收不宜采用单一工艺,可采用重选-浮选联合工艺,以高效重选设备回收钨锡细泥,初步富集、预先抛尾保证钨锡粗精矿回收率,再采用浮选法可将钨锡富集比大幅提高。重-浮联合工艺充分利用了重选和浮选的优势,既可保证精矿品质,又可提高精矿回收率,是一种对钨锡细泥有较好推广前景的联合工艺。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to separate fine-grained tungsten-tin minerals and its production index is low, which is one of the difficult problems in the field of mineral processing in the world. It is of great significance to study the development of fine-grained tungsten-tin mineral processing technology for guiding production. In this paper, a comprehensive review is made on the technology of fine tungsten-tin dressing and the development of dressing reagents. It is considered that the recovery of micro-fine tungsten and tin is not suitable for a single process, and the combined gravity separation-flotation process can be used to recover tungsten and tin slime with high efficiency gravity separation equipment. The recovery rate of tungsten-tin coarse concentrate can be guaranteed by pre-throwing tail, and the enrichment ratio of tungsten-tin can be greatly increased by flotation method. The combined gravity-flotation process makes full use of the advantages of gravity separation and flotation, which can not only guarantee the quality of concentrate, but also improve the recovery rate of concentrate. It is a kind of combined process which has better popularization prospect for tungsten-tin fine slime.
