深部不同顶底板岩性下沿空留巷底鼓特征及分类防控

【摘要】:随着煤炭开采深部的不断增加,沿空留巷围岩变形剧烈,尤其是巷道底鼓量增大,治理困难,严重影响了沿空留巷的稳定性。本文采用理论分析、数值模拟及现场工业性试验等方法对不同顶底板岩性下留巷底鼓进行研究,为不同顶底板条件下的底鼓防控提供理论依据。结合顾桥矿1115(1)工作面地质条件,运用相关力学知识建立深部沿空留巷底板力学模型,并得出底鼓量计算公式。在硬顶硬底、硬顶软底、软顶软底及软顶硬底四种顶底板条件下,通过理论计算和数值模拟计算解析解和数值解,运用单因素分析法,分析留巷底鼓量随巷道宽度、巷道高度、充填体宽度、采高四种因素的变化特征及底鼓主要影响因素。结合以上研究结果,提出不同顶底板岩性下底鼓分类防控措施。将理论成果运用到工程实践,对巷道顶底板及两帮进行综合治理,对底板位移进行观测。现场实测数据表明,针对不同顶底板岩性的底鼓防控措施有效的控制了底鼓量,达到了良好的留巷效果。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the depth of coal mining, the surrounding rock deformation of gob-side roadway is severe, especially the amount of tunnel bottom bulging increases, and the treatment is difficult, which seriously affects the stability of gob-side roadway. In this paper, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and on-the-spot industrial tests are used to study the bottom drum under different roof and floor lithology, which provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of bottom drum under different roof and floor conditions. Combined with the geological conditions of 1115 (1) working face in Guqiao Mine, the mechanical model of the bottom plate of deep gob-side roadway is established by using the relevant mechanics knowledge, and the calculation formula of bottom bulging quantity is obtained. Under the conditions of hard top and hard bottom, hard top soft bottom, soft roof soft bottom and soft top hard bottom, the analytical solution and numerical solution are calculated by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, and single factor analysis is used to analyze the amount of bottom bulging in roadway with the width of roadway and the height of roadway. The variation characteristics of filling body width and mining height and the main influencing factors of bottom drum. Combined with the above research results, the measures of classification and control of bottom drum under different lithology of roof and floor are put forward. The theoretical results are applied to engineering practice to comprehensively control the roof and floor of roadway and to observe the displacement of floor. The field measurement data show that the bottom drum quantity is controlled effectively and the entry retention effect is achieved by the control measures of the bottom drum according to the different lithology of the roof and floor.
