砂墩子矿综放面采空区煤自燃防治技术研究

【摘要】:煤炭是我国的主体能源,在一次能源结构中占70%左右。在未来相当长时期内,煤炭作为主体能源的地位不会改变。煤层自燃火灾是矿井的主要灾害之一,不仅造成了严重的人员伤亡和巨大的经济损失,而且还会引起环境污染和生态平衡的破坏。综放工作面在回采过程中开采强度大,冒落空间广,工作面供风量相对较大,一次性遗煤较多,漏风强度大,回采工作面上下顺槽上部顶煤放出率低,采空区堆积大量松散煤体,使得采空区遗煤自燃危险性增大。本文以砂墩子矿N4002综放面为研究背景,根据N4002综放面的现场实际情况,理论分析了综放面采空区煤自燃的特点及其影响因素。利用XK—Ⅵ型煤自然发火实验台,实验研究了砂墩子煤矿4#煤的自燃特性参数,为采空区煤自燃的预测预报奠定了基础。根据现场实际观测,对砂墩子矿N4002综放面采空区自燃“三带”进行了划分,并确定了自燃危险区域。最后,提出了以注氮、灌浆和控制采空区漏风为主的煤自燃防控技术,保证矿井安全高效生产。
