基于以太网和CAN总线的煤矿数字语音广播系统的研究

【摘要】:良好的语音广播系统,在煤矿日常生产、设备安装、调试、检修和救灾过程中,发挥着至关重要的作用,如在煤矿灾害发生初期,通过语音广播系统能够及时指导现场人员进行避险撤离。当前煤矿语音广播系统多为定压广播、调度电话等模式,局限性较大,更无法实现半双工或全双工对讲功能。针对当前煤矿语音广播系统的不足,本课题提出了基于以太网(Ethernet)和CAN总线的煤矿数字语音广播系统的研究与设计。该系统不仅能在事故发生时,发起全网紧急广播,引导科学避险,而且可在日常生产过程中作为基本联络及丰富职工文化生活的有力工具。根据煤矿语音广播系统的应用特点,本课题研究设计以Ethernet为核心,辅以CAN总线、嵌入式等技术来构建整套数字语音广播系统。首先介绍了Ethernet和CAN总线在语音传输方面的应用研究现状及语音传输关键技术,论证了Ethernet和CAN总线在音频传输方面的可行性。紧接着论述了系统的整体方案,对音频服务器和系统广播终端(广播主站和分站)的功能需求和硬件设计进行了详细阐述。针对Ethernet和CAN总线的协议特点,构建了语音传输系统的M/D/1排队数学模型,利用MATLAB对该模型进行了仿真,并对仿真结果进行了深度分析。针对音频传输的实时性特点,分别论述了动、静态缓冲控制机制的工作原理及设计过程,并试着提出了一种基于音质控制的自适应去抖动同步策略。最后详细论述了基于VS2010平台的音频服务器和基于μC/OS-II实时操作系统的广播终端软件的开发过程。基于搭建的测试平台,对流媒体播放、单向、双向、多路和多路双向语音传输进行了实验研究,实验验证了相关控制理论和软硬件技术的正确性。
[Abstract]:A good voice broadcasting system plays an important role in daily production, equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance and disaster relief in coal mines, such as in the early days of coal mine disasters. Through the voice broadcast system can timely guide site personnel to evacuate risk. At present, the voice broadcasting system in coal mine is mostly the mode of constant voltage broadcasting, dispatching telephone and so on, which has great limitation and can not realize half-duplex or full-duplex intercom function. Aiming at the deficiency of current coal mine voice broadcasting system, this paper presents the research and design of coal mine digital voice broadcasting system based on Ethernet (Ethernet) and CAN bus. The system can not only launch the emergency broadcast on the whole network when accidents occur, guide the science to avoid risks, but also serve as a powerful tool for basic contact and enrich the cultural life of workers in daily production. According to the application characteristics of coal mine voice broadcasting system, this paper studies and designs a whole digital voice broadcasting system based on Ethernet, CAN bus and embedded technology. Firstly, the application and research status of Ethernet and CAN bus in voice transmission and the key technology of voice transmission are introduced, and the feasibility of Ethernet and CAN bus in audio transmission is demonstrated. Then the overall scheme of the system is discussed, and the functional requirements and hardware design of the audio server and the broadcast terminal (the broadcast master station and the sub-station) are described in detail. According to the protocol characteristics of Ethernet and CAN bus, a mathematical model of M/D/1 queuing for speech transmission system is constructed. The model is simulated by MATLAB, and the simulation results are analyzed in depth. In view of the real-time characteristics of audio transmission, the working principle and design process of dynamic and static buffering control mechanism are discussed, and an adaptive de-jitter synchronization strategy based on sound quality control is proposed. Finally, the development process of audio server based on VS2010 platform and broadcast terminal software based on 渭 C/OS-II real-time operating system is discussed in detail. Based on the test platform, experimental research on streaming media playback, one-way, two-way, multi-channel and multi-channel two-way voice transmission is carried out. The experiment verifies the correctness of the relevant control theory and software and hardware technology.
