采煤机连接架工况载荷实验测试与疲劳寿命研究

【摘要】:通过空间矩阵单元法建立采煤机连接架空间刚体力学模型和静力平衡方程;通过在连接架与摇臂铰接耳板处布置传感器,提出一套基于无线传输的载荷实时监测系统;通过测试实验,获得采煤机连接架在斜切进刀与直线截割阶段的工况载荷数据,并结合测试实验数据对模型静力平衡方程进行求解,获得连接架与机身铰接处载荷;结合直线截割部分测试载荷数据,通过ncode-designlife对铰接耳板模型进行疲劳寿命分析,并获得铰接耳板疲劳断裂损伤平面;分析论表明:截割过程中连接架的最大应力集中发生在煤壁侧上部铰接耳板根部;连接架失效形式主要为直线截割条件下的疲劳断裂,直线截割工况下连接架铰接耳板工作寿命约为268.64天。
[Abstract]:The mechanical model and static balance equation of the shearer connecting frame are established by means of spatial matrix element method, and a real-time load monitoring system based on wireless transmission is put forward by placing sensors at the connecting frame and hinged ear plate of rocker arm. Through the test experiment, the load data of the connecting frame of the shearer in the oblique cutting tool and the straight cutting stage are obtained, and the static equilibrium equation of the model is solved with the test data, and the load at the joint of the connecting frame and the fuselage is obtained. Combined with the test load data of the straight line cutting part, the fatigue life of the hinged ear plate model is analyzed by ncode-designlife, and the fatigue fracture damage plane of the hinged ear plate is obtained. The analysis shows that the maximum stress concentration of the connecting frame occurs at the root of the hinged ear plate on the upper side of the coal wall during the cutting process. The failure form of the connecting frame is fatigue fracture under the condition of straight line cutting, and the working life of the hinged ear plate of the connecting frame under the linear cutting condition is about 268.64 days.
