大功率LED工矿灯散热设计与研究

【摘要】:LED光源为冷光源,其拥有着不少其它一般传统照明光源无法比拟的优势,它具有光效强、寿命长、安全、节能、环保等优点,在日常生活和工农业照明中得到了广泛的应用。这些优势都是其它传统光源所不具有的。而以LED为光源的照明灯具的寿命受到LED灯珠光源工作温度的影响,温度越高,其寿命越短。因此近年来对大功率LED灯具的散热设计和研究成为LED照明灯具中的重点研究课题。本课题是应一家公司要求,对一款150 W的大功率LED工矿灯的散热器进行重新改进设计,将其原来的强制风冷散热装置Y 更为自然对流散热装置。在满足客户成本,散热系统重量等方面要求的前提下,将LED光源节温控制在85℃以下,论文主要从以下几方面展开研究:①在客户给定约束条件下,通过自然对流换热理论,将太阳花等效为一般的散热片模型,通过计算换热过程中的瑞利数,计算得到在给定约束条件下的太阳花FIN片间的等效间距,结合太阳花散热器的结构特点,最终确定了太阳花散热器的尺寸、重量、加工工艺、制造成本等重要参数。②构建了所设计150W大功率LED工矿灯的试验平台,在环境温度为28℃条件下对灯具正常的散热性能进行了测试。③通过等效简化,建立了散热器的散热性能数值模型,采用电子散热模拟软件ICEPAK对散热器的散热能力进行了模拟,同时分析了散热器空间位置的温度分布,散热器的导热、散热性能。通过上面的研究,本文得到如下的结果:在灯具为150W,灯珠为126颗条件下,散热器设计尺寸为直径200 mm,高200mm,FIN数量为48片,FIN片间平均距离为8.6 mm,对流换热系数约为4.3 W/m2K,重量约3.5kg,总成本约158元人民币。试验测试数据得到,散热器底部最高温度为54℃,PCB基板背面温度为64℃,可以推断散热器底面实际的最高温度约为60℃左右,LED节温小于85℃,与理论计算吻合良好。数值模拟显示,在工作环境温度为25℃条件下,散热器最高温度为60℃,与上述实际测试有3℃的差异,这主要是由于测试点的位置不是散热器最高温度点所导致的。但是总体看,理论估算参数,试验测试结果,数值模拟得到的数据,三者还是较为吻合的。
