松软易冒顶板煤巷优化支护设计及应用效果分析

【摘要】:针对伯方煤矿松软易冒顶板煤层巷道支护的难题,采用极限平衡区支护设计,并采用FLAC2D软件进行数值模拟,通过改变锚杆的长度、直径和间排距参数,从围岩变形的发展情况来研究各个支护构件在控制围岩变形方面的作用,从而确定优化后的支护方案。现场实测结果表明,优化后的支护方案冒顶次数减少,顶底板移近量和两帮移近量均有所减小,优化效果显著。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficult problem of roadway support with soft and easy caving roof in Bofang Coal Mine, the supporting design of limit equilibrium area is adopted, and the numerical simulation is carried out by using FLAC2D software. By changing the length, diameter and spacing parameter of bolt, the parameters of bolt length, diameter and spacing are changed. Based on the development of surrounding rock deformation, the role of each supporting component in controlling the deformation of surrounding rock is studied, and the optimized supporting scheme is determined. The results of field measurement show that the number of roof falls is reduced, the amount of top-floor and two-side approaches is reduced after optimization, and the optimization effect is remarkable.
