某金矿充填自动控制系统的研究应用

【摘要】:随着目前矿产资源需求量的不断增加,矿山大强度的开采对我们生存的环境也造成了极大的危害。如何解决这类问题也便成了当今矿山企业炙手可热的任务。在当今时代,随着计算机的普遍运用,现代采矿工业自动化技术,从“设备现代化、生产自动化、管理信息化”,无人值守,人性化的矿山生产模式正在逐步推广,而数字化矿山的建设已成为近年来各矿山企业的一个发展目标,充填系统数字化管理也已成为数字化矿山发展的重要项目。本文主要采取了调查研究和理论联系实际的论述方法,从根本上分析了某金矿充填系统自动控制的应用研究。通过对某金矿充填自动控制系统(包括充填过程、砂仓造浆浓度、砂仓造浆系统、自动下灰控制、充填浓度、搅拌桶液位)的研究,剖析了该矿充填站自动控制系统的实现原理。讲述某金矿充填站通过采用PLC达到了数字化管理的程控实现,并通过网络平台实现集成和监控管理,实现调度监控员对控制员控制过程的监控,避免误操作等。本文通过对该金矿充填技术的分析研究,结合现场实际操作经验,解决非自动化的充填系统,提出先进的充填数字化管理方案,同时,推广给机械化程度较低且长时间处于劳动聚集,粗略式管理,技术及配备设备较弱的矿山企业,以促进其数字化的建设,逐步实现“数字化”、“无人化”、“自动化”。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for mineral resources, the mining intensity of the mine has also caused great harm to our living environment. How to solve this kind of problem has become a hot task in mining enterprises. In the present era, with the widespread use of computers, the modern mining industry automation technology, from "equipment modernization, production automation, management information", unattended, humanized mine production mode is gradually popularized. The construction of digital mine has become a development goal of mining enterprises in recent years, and the digital management of filling system has become an important project of digital mine development. This paper mainly adopts the method of investigation and theory combining theory with practice, and fundamentally analyzes the application of automatic control of filling system in a gold mine. Through the study of the automatic control system of filling in a gold mine (including filling process, silo grouting concentration, silo grouting system, automatic ash reduction control, filling concentration, mixing bucket liquid level), The realization principle of automatic control system for filling station in this mine is analyzed. This paper describes the program control realization of digital management in a gold filling station by using PLC, and realizes the integration and monitoring management through the network platform, realizes the dispatching monitor to monitor the control process of the controller, and avoids the misoperation and so on. Based on the analysis and research of filling technology in this gold mine, combined with the practical operation experience in the field, this paper solves the non-automatic filling system, and puts forward an advanced filling digital management scheme. At the same time, It is popularized to mining enterprises with low degree of mechanization and long time in labor gathering, rough management, technology and weak equipment, in order to promote their digital construction and gradually realize "digitization", "unmanned" and "automation".
