电位控制法在国内铜钼分离工艺中的应用探索

【摘要】:铜钼矿的铜钼分离一直是国内外铜钼矿山的研究重点,铜钼矿(主要是硫化矿)一般通过混合浮选得到铜钼混合精矿,之后进行分离。绝大多数的矿山采用抑铜浮钼来实现,乌山矿工业生产中也采用此工艺。乌山矿在铜钼分离中通过添加有机和无机抑制剂配合使用来实现铜钼有效分离,在工业生产中采用电位控制法,用Na HS调节氧化还原电位,可以使抑制剂8371达到良好的选择性,稳定了钼精矿的品位和含铜、钼的作业回收率,在入选钼品位由1.89%降低到1.65%的不利条件下,钼精矿的钼品位较试验前47.52%提高到48.67%;钼精矿中含铜由试验前的1.46%降低到1.09%;钼的回收率由试验前的83.77%增加到87.35%,试验取得了较好的效果。
[Abstract]:The separation of copper and Mo from copper-Mo ore has always been the focus of research at home and abroad. Copper-Mo ore (mainly sulfide ore) is generally obtained by mixed flotation, and then separated. Most of the mines are realized by inhibiting copper floating Mo, and this process is also used in the industrial production of Wushan Mine. In Wushan Mine, the effective separation of copper and Mo can be realized by adding organic and inorganic inhibitors in combination with each other. In industrial production, the redox potential can be adjusted by using potential control method and Na HS, so that the inhibitor 8371 can achieve good selectivity. The grade of Mo concentrate and the recovery rate of copper and Mo were stabilized. Under the unfavorable condition of decreasing the grade of Mo from 1.89% to 1.65%, the grade of Mo concentrate was increased to 48.67% compared with 47.52% before the test. The copper content in Mo concentrate decreased from 1.46% to 1.09%, and the recovery of Mo increased from 83.77% to 87.35%. Good results were obtained.
