深厚表土冻结井壁结构破裂机理及修复技术研究

【摘要】：结合深厚表土层立井冻结井壁融化阶段井壁破裂的具体位置,重点分析了温度差对井壁强度的影响,并建立了井壁结构破裂的力学机理和判断井壁破裂的经验公式,依据该经验公式提出了井壁破裂修复及预防措施。最后通过结合现场井壁修复实例,验证了该公式在类似矿井井壁结构破裂应用中的适用性。
[Abstract]:Combined with the specific position of shaft lining fracture in frozen shaft melting stage of deep topsoil layer, the influence of temperature difference on shaft lining strength is analyzed, and the mechanical mechanism of shaft wall structure fracture and the empirical formula for judging shaft lining fracture are established. According to the empirical formula, the repair and preventive measures of shaft wall fracture are put forward. Finally, the applicability of the formula in the fracture of similar mine shaft lining structure is verified by an example of shaft lining repair in the field.
