大倾角综采面采煤机装煤效果分析

【摘要】:装煤为综采工作面五道工序之一,装煤效果直接决定刮板输送机的推移量和综采面生产效率。大倾角煤层走向长壁综采生产实践表明,随着工作面倾角的增大,装煤效果急剧变差。基于滚筒装煤原理和工作面倾角,分析了影响大倾角煤层走向长壁综采工作面采煤机装煤效果的主要因素。指出在未采用弧形挡煤板时,采煤机下行割煤的滚筒装煤效果远比上行割煤要好。而加装弧形挡煤板后,上、下行割煤均可获得最佳装煤效果。建议采取加装弧形挡煤板、优化滚筒参数和降低溜槽高度措施改善大倾角煤层走向长壁工作面采煤机装煤效果。
[Abstract]:Coal loading is one of the five working procedures in fully mechanized mining face, and the coal loading effect directly determines the push amount of scraper conveyor and the production efficiency of fully mechanized mining face. The production practice of longwall fully mechanized mining in high dip coal seam shows that with the increase of inclined angle of working face, the effect of coal loading becomes worse sharply. Based on the principle of drum coal loading and the inclination angle of working face, the main factors affecting the coal loading effect of shearer in longwall fully mechanized mining face with large dip angle are analyzed. It is pointed out that when the arc retaining plate is not used, the coal loading effect of the downlink coal cutting drum of the shearer is much better than that of the uplink coal cutting. After adding arc retaining plate, the best coal loading effect can be obtained by cutting coal up and down. It is suggested that the coal loading effect of shearer in longwall working face with high dip angle coal seam should be improved by adding arc retaining plate, optimizing drum parameters and reducing chute height.
