矿井三维数字化立体模型系统研究及应用
[Abstract]:Aiming at the simple and practical mine three-dimensional digital stereo model system, this paper carries on the secondary development to the AutoCAD under the VB environment, adopts the extraction data information from the mine two-dimensional plane drawing, the three-dimensional space stereoscopic scene modeling, this paper uses the mine two-dimensional plane drawing to extract the data information, the three-dimensional space stereoscopic scene modeling. The mine 3D digital stereoscopic model system has been successfully developed by means of computer programming language and Access database, and the dynamic establishment and information management of mine 3D stereoscopic model have been realized. The rapid transformation of mine engineering drawings from two-dimensional shape to three-dimensional digital form is realized. The three-dimensional digital three-dimensional model of the mine can clearly show the solid shape of the whole mine, observe the spatial pattern of the distribution of the whole mine roadway and working face from a distance, and achieve a clear identification of the interlaced layer relationship of the local roadway. Based on the three-dimensional digital model of mine, the triangular division of the model of mining face is carried out, and the digital calculation model of real-time progress and output of mining face is constructed, which can realize the calculation of real-time output under the system module. At the same time, the expression of roadway prediction deformation value function with days as variable is given. with the help of mine three-dimensional digital model system platform, the roadway deformation information can be clearly displayed and updated in real time on the corresponding model roadway. Based on the corresponding relationship between the three-dimensional model of the mine and the 1:1 size of the solid mine and the accurate three-dimensional coordinate relationship of the space, the real-time flicker location display model of the personnel space position is constructed. The three-dimensional coordinates of the underground personnel can be quickly located on the mine map model, and the underground optimal rescue route analysis can be carried out quickly when the underground disaster occurs. To provide necessary decision support to reduce the loss of mine personnel and property. The research results have been tested and applied in Zhangji Mine, Anhui Province, which verifies the correctness and practicability of the research results, and has important reference significance for the safe and efficient production of mines, information mine construction and intelligent decision-making.
