矿用带式输送机适应性技术改造及应用

【摘要】:带式输送机是煤矿最主要的运煤设备。对于开采多年的煤矿,地质条件变的复杂,常会出现原有带式输送机无法适应生产条件的现象。为扩大带式输送机的使用范围,提高其使用效率,有必要对带式输送机进行适应性技术改造。本文通过设计短距离岩石运输装置、带式输送机强制转弯装置,成功的实现了可伸缩带式输送机的短距离运输与转弯运行。通过对购置的输送机集中控制系统进行PLC编程,保证了系统与生产条件的高度适应,为DP矿的煤炭、岩石运输提供设备保障。1)短距离岩石运输装置在DSJ80可伸缩带式输送机基础上改造而成,通过重新设计机头部分及张紧装置,选择合理的驱动装置,较好的解决了短距离巷道岩石运输困难的问题。2)结合带式输送机转弯处托辊组一般结构的参数,设计了一种通用的增设立辊的带式输送机强制转弯装置。小角度转弯时,通过加装立辊模拟一般结构的各参数,实现非强制转弯,转弯角度较大时,通过加装立辊及压辊,实现强制转弯。3)通过自行编程,开发出一套适合本矿井生产模式的工作面输送机集中控制系统,降低了维护成本,提高了系统的故障处理与应急能力。目前矿用带式输送机适应性技术改造的成果已在DP矿已成功应用,运行良好,实现了设计要求,为生产提供了必要的设备保障。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyor is the most important coal transportation equipment in coal mine. For coal mines which have been exploited for many years, the geological conditions become complex, and the original belt conveyor is often unable to adapt to the production conditions. In order to expand the application range of belt conveyor and improve its use efficiency, it is necessary to carry out adaptive technical transformation of belt conveyor. In this paper, the short distance rock transportation device and the forced turning device of belt conveyor are designed, and the short distance transportation and turning operation of retractable belt conveyor are successfully realized. Through PLC programming of the centralized control system of the conveyor, the high adaptability of the system to the production conditions is guaranteed, which is the coal of DP mine. Rock transportation provides equipment support. 1) the short distance rock transportation device is modified on the basis of DSJ80 retractable belt conveyor. By redesigning the head part and tensioning device, the reasonable driving device is selected. The problem of rock transportation in short distance roadway is solved well. 2) combined with the parameters of the general structure of the roller group at the bend of the belt conveyor, a general forced turning device of belt conveyor with vertical roller is designed. When turning at a small angle, the parameters of the general structure are simulated by adding the vertical roller to realize the non-forced turning, and when the turning angle is large, the forced turning is realized by adding the vertical roll and the pressing roller. 3) by self-programming, A set of centralized control system of working face conveyor suitable for the production mode of the mine is developed, which reduces the maintenance cost and improves the fault treatment and emergency ability of the system. At present, the achievements of adaptive technical transformation of mining belt conveyor have been successfully applied in DP Mine, running well, realizing the design requirements, and providing the necessary equipment guarantee for production.
