石拉乌素煤矿多层复合岩层大巷围岩稳定性控制技术研究

【摘要】:石拉乌素煤矿煤层大巷断面大,埋深650m左右,围岩层状节理发育、整体强度低;顶板为多层软硬岩互层的复合顶板,且层内节理发育,引起巷道支护困难。本文以穿煤层段回风大巷为研究对象,采用实验室实验、理论分析、数值模拟及现场实测相结合的方法,研究了复合岩层大巷围岩的变形规律及支护控制技术。首先,通过岩石取样,对现场岩样进行物理力学性能参数测试,结果表明岩石整体强度较低,属于较破碎的软岩。其次,根据理论分析,研究复合顶板变形和破坏规律,以及破碎岩体块裂结构的稳定性条件。并利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,建立多层复合岩层大巷三维计算模型,模拟大巷在不同断面形状、跨度和高度以及岩层顺序情况下开挖后的变形规律及支护效果。结合数值模拟结果和现场具体条件,制定了支护方案,并在现场进行支护设计及工业性研究。最后,在巷道中布置测站,对最终在现场应用的方案进行追踪监测。监测结果表明,支护巷道的围岩发生了一定的变形,但整体上得到了有效的控制。本文研究方法和研究成果为石拉乌素煤矿多层复合岩层大巷变形及支护提供了理论支持及技术保障,为类似巷道围岩控制提供了科学依据和使用技术手段。
[Abstract]:The section of coal seam roadway in Shirawusu Coal Mine is large, the buried depth is about 650 m, the surrounding rock joint is developed, and the overall strength is low. The roof is a composite roof with multi-layer soft and hard rock interbedded layer, and the intra-layer joint is developed, which leads to the difficulty of roadway support. In this paper, taking the return air roadway through coal seam as the research object, the deformation law and support control technology of surrounding rock of composite strata roadway are studied by means of laboratory experiment, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement. Firstly, the physical and mechanical properties of the field rock samples are tested by rock sampling. The results show that the overall strength of the rock is low and belongs to the broken soft rock. Secondly, according to the theoretical analysis, the deformation and failure law of composite roof and the stability conditions of broken rock mass crack structure are studied. By using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, a three-dimensional calculation model of multi-layer composite rock roadway is established to simulate the deformation law and supporting effect of roadway under different section shape, span and height, as well as rock sequence. Combined with the results of numerical simulation and the specific conditions in the field, the support scheme is worked out, and the support design and industrial research are carried out in the field. Finally, the station is arranged in the roadway to track and monitor the scheme which is finally applied in the field. The monitoring results show that the surrounding rock of the supporting roadway has been deformed to a certain extent, but it has been effectively controlled as a whole. The research methods and research results in this paper provide theoretical support and technical support for the deformation and support of multi-layer composite strata in Shirausu Coal Mine, and provide scientific basis and technical means for the control of surrounding rock of similar roadway.
