锦界煤矿回采巷道冒顶隐患分级与稳定性控制

【摘要】:以稳定岩层距巷道顶板的距离为冒顶隐患级别分类的指标,对锦界矿3-1煤层顶板的冒顶隐患级别进行了区域划分,分别对不同冒顶隐患级别的巷道顶板进行了冒顶防控支护设计,结果表明:锦界矿3-1煤层顶板北部大部分区域的冒顶隐患级别以Ⅰ级为主,南部以Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级为主,局部存在Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级顶板;基于冒顶隐患级别划分的冒顶防控支护方案不仅较好地满足了安全生产的要求,而且降低了支护成本,取得了较好的支护效果。
