粗颗粒矿石在提升管道内的旋转特性

【摘要】:采用高速摄影技术对锰结核、富钴结壳、多金属硫化物和模拟结核粗颗粒矿石在提升管道内的旋转特性进行研究,根据粗颗粒矿石特征信息得到颗粒转速信息,以颗粒圆度(R)表征颗粒形状,得到粗颗粒矿石旋转速度计算公式。研究结果表明:粗颗粒矿石旋转速度随提升管道内水流速度和颗粒圆度的增大而增大,随颗粒粒度和密度的增大而减小;由粗颗粒矿石旋转速度计算公式所得旋转速度与试验结果较吻合,该公式可用于提升管道粗颗粒矿石水力输送机理研究。
[Abstract]:The rotation characteristics of manganese nodules, cobalt-rich crusts, polymetallic sulfides and simulated nodules in lifting pipes were studied by high speed photography. According to the characteristic information of coarse particles, the rotational speed information of particles was obtained, the shape of particles was characterized by particle roundness (R), and the formula for calculating the rotation velocity of coarse particles was obtained. The results show that the rotation velocity of coarse grain ore increases with the increase of flow velocity and particle roundness in lifting pipeline, but decreases with the increase of particle size and density, and the rotation velocity obtained from the formula for calculating the rotation velocity of coarse particle ore is in good agreement with the experimental results, which can be used to study the hydraulic transportation mechanism of coarse particle ore in lifting pipeline.
