镐型截齿力学特性试验研究与双联镐齿截割数值模拟
[Abstract]:The shearer depends on the cutting teeth on the drum to break the coal and rock, and the cutting performance will directly affect the efficiency of coal and rock cutting and the performance of the whole shearer. In order to explore the high efficiency and low energy consumption coal and rock cutting method and quantitatively analyze the mechanical properties of pick cutting teeth, the mechanical properties of coal and rock cutting with double pick cutting teeth were analyzed by means of experimental research, theoretical analysis and simulation, and the influence of related factors on cutting performance was analyzed. Based on the theory of coal and rock cutting, a pick cutter rotating cutting test bed is established, and the compressive strength is used as the reference quantity to complete the manufacture of simulated coal wall. The relationship between the test load and the triaxial force of the cutting tooth is expounded. The magnitude and law of the cutting resistance are characterized by the axial load tested. Based on the test data, the effects of the tangential installation angle of the cutting tooth and the cutting thickness on the cutting resistance (axial load) are quantitatively analyzed, and the corresponding relations are given. The maximum likelihood estimation method is used to analyze the distribution of the lateral force of three types of cutting teeth, and the possibility of self-rotation of the cutting teeth on the blade is pointed out, and the influence of the position on the drum on the lateral force of the cutting teeth is pointed out. Based on the theory of fractal geometry, an algorithm is given to characterize the fractal characteristic quantity (box dimension and pulverized coal proportional coefficient) of cutting performance. Based on the experimental data, the relationship between box dimension, proportional coefficient and installation angle and cutting thickness is studied under different installation angles and cutting thickness, and the specific energy consumption model of pick cutter rotating cutting coal and rock is established based on single factor test and theoretical derivation combined with experimental calculation. The process of double pick cutting coal and rock is simulated by ABAQUS finite element software, and the crushing form of coal and rock is analyzed, according to the condition of different cutting thickness and cutting line distance, the cutting performance of double pick cutting coal and rock is analyzed, and the cutting resistance of double pick cutting coal and rock is given, and the influence of stress coupling on cutting resistance is analyzed according to the condition of different cutting thickness and cutting line distance. Compared with single tooth sequential cutting, double tooth synchronization improves the cutting performance. The research results provide a reference for the design of efficient working mechanism of drum shearer, and lay a foundation for realizing individualized drum design and force analysis of the whole machine.
