采煤机机电传动系统调速动态特性分析

【摘要】:为研究滚筒调速的可行性及调速对传动系统动态性能的影响,采用MATLAB/Simulink搭建了采煤机截割-牵引耦合机电传动系统动力学模型.针对截割部过载工况,综合考虑采煤机可靠运行和高效生产,制定了4种调速降载方案,并提出了通过截割电机电流计算目标切削厚度、依据目标切削厚度选择调速方案的方法.最后通过仿真对比了各种调速方案下电机和传动系统的动态响应特性,结果表明:当截割电机过载倍数较小时,采用滚筒调速方案能够在降低系统负载的同时使采煤生产率不受影响;当过载倍数较大时,采用牵引调速方案可获得较高的系统可靠性,而采用牵引-滚筒顺序调速方案可获得较高的采煤生产率.
[Abstract]:In order to study the feasibility of the roller speed regulation and the influence of the speed regulation on the dynamic performance of the transmission system, the dynamic model of the cutting-traction-coupled electromechanical transmission system of the coal mining machine is set up by using the MATLAB/ Simulink. In view of the overload working condition of the cutting part, the reliable operation and high-efficiency production of the coal mining machine are considered, four kinds of speed-reducing and load-reducing schemes are set up, and the cutting thickness of the target is calculated by the current of the cutting motor, and the method of selecting the speed-regulating scheme according to the target cutting thickness is proposed. At last, the dynamic response characteristics of the motor and the transmission system under various speed control schemes are compared through simulation. The results show that when the overload multiple of the cutting motor is small, the efficiency of the coal mining can not be affected while the system load is reduced, and when the overload multiple is large, A higher system reliability can be obtained by using a traction speed regulation scheme, and higher mining productivity can be obtained by adopting a traction-roller sequential speed regulation scheme.
