剪切絮凝强化浮选微细粒红柱石试验

【摘要】：针对Al_2O_3品位为16.68%的甘肃某红柱石选矿厂的微细粒矿泥,进行了1次剪切絮凝浮选试验,抑制剂苛性淀粉用量为0.15 kg/t,捕收剂烷基芳基磺酸钠用量为3.5 kg/t,辅助捕收剂环烷基油用量为0.3 kg/t,在1 900r/min高速搅拌提供的动能下使微细粒红柱石形成疏水絮团,从而实现与脉石矿物分离,最终获得的Al_2O_3品位为42.26%、回收率为35.72%的红柱石精矿,实现微细粒红柱石的高效富集。动电位分析表明,烷基芳基磺酸钠能够大幅降低红柱石颗粒表面电位,对石英表面影响较小,说明其在红柱石表面有较强的吸附力,而在石英表面吸附强度较弱;pH=3左右时,烷基芳基磺酸钠在红柱石表面的吸附强度达到最大,因此,此时的浮选分离效果较好。接触角测定结果表明,非极性油环烷基油的加入能进一步提高红柱石的表面接触角,强化微细粒红柱石的剪切絮凝浮选效果。
[Abstract]:A shear flocculation flotation test was carried out for the fine slime of a andalusite concentrator with Al_2O_3 grade of 16.68%. The dosage of caustic starch was 0.15 kg/t, collector sodium alkyl aryl sulfonate was 3.5 kg/t, auxiliary collector, and the amount of cycloalkyl oil was 0.3 kg/t,. Under the kinetic energy provided by 1 900r/min high speed stirring, the fine andalusite formed hydrophobic floc. Thus, the separation from gangue minerals was realized, and the Al_2O_3 grade was 42.26% and the recovery rate was 35.72%. The high efficiency enrichment of fine andalusite was realized. Potentiodynamic analysis showed that sodium alkyl aryl sulfonate could greatly reduce the surface potential of andalusite particles and had little effect on the surface of quartz, which indicated that sodium alkyl aryl sulfonate had strong adsorption force on andalusite surface, but weak adsorption strength on quartz surface. When pH=3 was about, the adsorption strength of sodium alkyl aryl sulfonate on andalusite surface reached the maximum, so the flotation separation effect was better. The results of contact angle measurement show that the addition of non-polar oil cycloalkyl oil can further improve the surface contact angle of andalusite and enhance the effect of shear flocculation and floatation of fine andalusite.
