基于速度控制的多级带式输送机顺序启动方法

【摘要】:为了提高带式输送机的节能效率,提出了一种沿物料运送分向顺序启动的多级带式输送机控制方法。在胶带上物料横截面积最大的前提下,该方法首先建立带速与负载的匹配模型,然后通过设计科学合理的加速曲线,实现带式输送机软启动后的速度与匹配带速之间的变频调节,最后计算各级带式输送机顺序启动的控制时间。仿真分析结果表明,该方法的节能效率为12%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the energy saving efficiency of belt conveyor, a control method of multi-stage belt conveyor is proposed, which is started in the partial sequence of material transportation. On the premise that the cross section area of the material on the belt is the largest, this method first establishes the matching model between belt speed and load, and then realizes the frequency conversion adjustment between the speed and matching belt speed after soft start of belt conveyor by designing a scientific and reasonable acceleration curve, and finally calculates the control time of sequential start-up of belt conveyor at all levels. The simulation results show that the energy saving efficiency of the method is 12%.
