翟镇矿充填采煤矿压显现规律

目前,针对超高水充填、膏体充填、胶结充填和固体充填已经做了大量的实验和应用。本论文主要研究充填采煤矿压显现基本规律。固体充填开采是指将煤矸石、矸石、粉煤灰等固体废弃物用于充填采空区的采矿方法,其实质是在采矿过程中利用充填体提供围岩支撑力,来提供安全开采回填的空间。固体充填采矿技术可以避免许多事故的发生,包括开采过程中引起的地表沉陷、火灾和爆炸以及可以解放“三下”压煤(建筑物下、铁路下和水体下)、改善矿井通风效果和提高围岩的稳定性,并且能保证经济和环境协调发展。在中国,每个矿井都会面临“三下”压煤的难题,所以这一问题的解决显得尤为重要。矿压显现规律研究是基础。由于其各种技术、经济和环境的影响,固体充填开采也是管理矿山废弃物方面的重要手段,它提供了一种提高采矿效率的解决方案。固体充填采矿技术已经成为煤矿开采的一个重要手段,对地表沉陷的有效控制使这项技术在中国乃至世界范围内得到了广泛的应用。本论文主要通过对比研究综采机械化固体充填开采和传统的综采地表沉陷规律,掌握固体充填采矿技术对岩层控制的科学认识。翟镇煤矿7203W充填采煤工作面是一个固体充填开采的成功案例,工作面煤层快速开采之后,采空区...
