【摘要】:随着我国经济和国民生活水平的蓬勃发展,公共建筑遍地开花,而作为能耗大户,公共建筑已成为节能的重点,通过现有节能技术和运行管理模式等措施可以实现能耗的减负,有巨大的节能潜力。 本文选取西安市某公共建筑为研究对象。首先进行实地调研,,了解该商场的能耗现状,包括室内照明、设备及空调等各项能耗支出,发掘其节能空间;其次,分别在空调季、过渡季及采暖季对建筑的室内环境及空调系统的运行状况进行了实时的监测,结合理论分析测试数据,提出措施,利用能耗模拟软件DesignBuilder与EnergyPlus进行模拟对比分析,预测措施实施后的节能效果。 通过对测试数据与能耗模拟的综合分析,得出以下结论:①营业场内的空调系统平衡性较差,调节平衡后空调季共可节省15.3万kWh电量;②商场内的平均照度和LPD均超标,在照度不变的情况下用T5替换T8灯具可节省86万kWh电量;③两台冷水机组的COP分别为4.7和4.6,制冷能力已有较大的衰减,冷却塔效率也偏低,需要维护保养;④商场在不供给新风的情况下,两台1067RT的机组可以满足制冷需要,如开启新风需额外开启备用的660RT螺杆机组;⑤设置排风热回收系统比无新风的运行方式下多消耗64.9万kWh电量,比开启新风方式节约25.4万kWh电量;⑥合理设置空调系统的开机时间,在空调季可节省25.6万kWh的耗电量,约占空调系统总耗电量的6.6%。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of our economy and national living standards, public buildings are blooming everywhere, and as a large household of energy consumption, public buildings have become the focus of energy conservation. Through existing energy saving technology and operation management mode, energy consumption reduction can be realized, which has great energy saving potential. In this paper, a public building in Xi'an is selected as the research object. Firstly, the field investigation is carried out to understand the current situation of energy consumption in the shopping mall, including indoor lighting, equipment and air conditioning and other energy consumption expenditure, to explore its energy-saving space; Secondly, in the air conditioning season, transition season and heating season, the indoor environment of the building and the operation of the air conditioning system are monitored in real time. Combined with the theoretical analysis of the test data, the measures are put forward. The energy consumption simulation software DesignBuilder and EnergyPlus are used to compare and analyze the energy saving effect. Based on the comprehensive analysis of test data and energy consumption simulation, the following conclusions are drawn: the balance of air conditioning system in the business field of 1: 1 is poor, and 153,000 kWh electricity can be saved in the season after adjusting the balance; (2) the average illumination and LPD in the market exceed the standard, and the electricity consumption of 860,000 kWh can be saved by replacing T8 lamps with T5 under the condition of constant illumination; (3) the COP of the two chillers is 4.7 and 4.6 respectively, the cooling capacity has been greatly attenuated, the efficiency of cooling tower is also low, and the maintenance is needed. 4 in the case of no fresh air supply, two 1067RT units can meet the refrigeration needs, such as opening fresh air to open the spare 660RT screw unit; (5) the installation of exhaust heat recovery system consumes 649,000 kWh power more than that without fresh air, and saves 254,000 kWh power compared with open fresh air mode; (6) reasonable setting up time of air conditioning system can save 256,000 kWh power consumption in the air conditioning season, which accounts for 6.6% of the total power consumption of air conditioning system.
