【摘要】：随着经济全球化的深入发展,我国的快速城市化进程进入到了一个加速发展时期,城乡相互融合给村镇空间布局带来了深刻的变化。我国“十二五”国民经济与社会发展规划中提出,“要推进农业现代化、加快社会主义新农村建设”和“积极稳妥推进城镇化”,这就对广大村镇地区城市化进程中如何合理调整空间结构提出了更高的要求。天津东丽区作为我国沿海大城市郊区快速城市化的一个缩影,村镇地区经历了大项目撤村、城中村改造、宅基地换房等一系统城市化探索、正发生着剧烈的社会变迁。本文通过对东丽村镇空间结构现状分析基础上对其演变过程、演变规律、演变动力机制与影响因素进行了研究讨论,旨在找到科学控制和引导村镇空间结构合理有序发展的对策建议。本文共分为七个部分：第一部分为绪论部分,主要介绍了文章的研究背景、目的、意义、内容框架、研究方法以及文章的创新点；第二部分以理论分析为主,并对相关概念进行界定。内容涉及空间结构及空间结构演变理论、村镇及村镇空间结构演变理论,空间结构优化及空间结构优化理论,为后续对东丽村镇空间结构演变分析与村镇空间结构优化提供了理论支撑; 第三部分主要是分析了东丽村镇空间结构现状,分别从环境资源配置、居民居住点分布、产业布局、基础配套设施布局四个方面进行阐述；第四部分通过大量相关资料收集整理与实地考察相结合的综合研究,着重分析了东丽村镇空间结构的演变过程,总结出了东丽村镇空间结构演变的一般规律；第五部分分析了不同时期背景下影响东丽村镇空间结构演变过程的动力机制和因素；第六部分对东丽村镇空间结构演变现状存在的不足提出未来优化发展的思路和对策；第七部分为研究结论与展望。对全文研究工作进行了总结,提出了论文的不足之处以及今后仍需研究的问题。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization, China's rapid urbanization process has entered a period of accelerated development. The integration of urban and rural areas has brought profound changes to the spatial distribution of villages and towns. We will speed up the construction of a new socialist countryside and "actively and steadily promote urbanization." This puts forward higher requirements for the reasonable adjustment of spatial structure in the process of urbanization in the vast areas of villages and towns. Tianjin Dongli District is a microcosm of rapid urbanization in the suburbs of large coastal cities in China. The village and town area has experienced a system of urbanization exploration, such as the evacuation of villages by large projects, the transformation of villages in the city, and the change of houses on the homestead. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the spatial structure of Dongli village and town, this paper studies and discusses its evolution process, evolution law, dynamic mechanism and influencing factors. The purpose is to find out the countermeasures and suggestions to scientifically control and guide the rational and orderly development of the spatial structure of villages and towns. This paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction part, mainly introduces the research background, the purpose, the significance, the content frame, the research method and the innovation point of the article; The second part mainly focuses on theoretical analysis, and defines the related concepts. The content involves spatial structure and spatial structure evolution theory, village and town spatial structure evolution theory. The theory of spatial structure optimization and spatial structure optimization provides theoretical support for the analysis of the evolution of the spatial structure of Dongli village and town and the optimization of the spatial structure of the village and town. The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of the spatial structure of Dongli village and town, respectively from the environment and resources allocation, residential distribution, industrial layout, layout of basic facilities. In the 4th part, through the comprehensive research of the combination of a large number of related data collection and field investigation, the paper emphatically analyzes the evolution process of the spatial structure of Dongli village and town, and summarizes the general law of the evolution of the spatial structure of Dongli village and town. Part 5th analyzes the dynamic mechanism and factors that affect the evolution of the spatial structure of Dongli village and town in different periods. In the 6th part, the author puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to optimize the development of the spatial structure of Dongli village and town in the future. The 7th part is the conclusion and prospect of the research. It summarizes the research work of the full text and puts forward the deficiency of the thesis and the problems that still need to be studied in the future.
