华侨城社区绿视率对景观评价的影响研究

【摘要】：随着对周围环境景观设计的重视，越来越需要靠景观评价手段为建筑环境设计提供参考，适应对环境质量不断提高的社会生活需求，从主观评价上改善设计质量。日本人认为，绿视率（视野中绿叶所占的比率）对杂乱的日本住宅区具有修饰景观的作用。基于环境心理学的绿视率以量化的形式表达环境与心理的抽象关系，简化绿化信息，更能体现城市绿地的立体构成。本文对广东省深圳市华侨城社区景观进行了调查，，考察绿视率在华侨城社区是否对景观评价产生影响，为将来景观设计或改造提供一个空间的使用模式和绿视率的最优值。在华侨城社区以多种建筑物形态为调查对象，采用同样的数据采集方法得出绿视率值，通过向测试对象提供多处景观的照片作出评价，表明绿视率的增加有助于增加景观的悦人程度。另外，本文研究也表明合适的绿视率有助于对景观的识别。在影响个人喜好判断的因素里，最明显的是绿化，其次是布局，再次是道路、色彩、造型等。从景观形式美、景观功能和景观人文的影响三方面得出绿视率与空气质量和植物配置的好坏成正相关；适中的绿视率值提高景观的形式美，提供更好的景观可识别性和舒适性。另外，高绿视率对于满足人类的生理需求，社会需求，尊重需求和自我实现都有较大的影响。
[Abstract]:With the attention to the surrounding environmental landscape design, more and more need to rely on landscape evaluation means to provide reference for the architectural environment design, to adapt to the continuous improvement of environmental quality of social life needs. Improve the design quality from the subjective evaluation. The green visual rate (the ratio of green leaves in the field of vision) has the effect of modifying the landscape to the chaotic Japanese residential area. Based on the environmental psychology, the green vision rate expresses the abstract relation between the environment and the psychology in the form of quantification. Simplified greening information, more can reflect the three-dimensional composition of urban green space. This paper investigates the landscape of Huaocong City in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and investigates whether the green vision rate has an impact on the landscape evaluation in the community of Huaoxia City. To provide a space for future landscape design or transformation of the use of patterns and green vision of the optimal value. In the community of overseas Chinese City, we used the same data acquisition method to get the green view rate value, and to evaluate by providing photos of many landscape to the test subjects, taking a variety of building forms as the survey objects. The results show that the increase of green visual rate is helpful to increase the pleasing degree of landscape. In addition, the study of this paper also shows that the suitable green visual rate is helpful to the recognition of landscape. In the factors that affect the judgment of personal preferences, the most obvious is greening, followed by layout, again is the road, color, shape and so on. From the landscape formal beauty. The effects of landscape function and landscape humanity showed that the green vision rate was positively related to the quality of air quality and plant allocation. Moderate green visual rate value to improve the formal beauty of the landscape, provide better landscape identifiability and comfort. In addition, high green vision rate to meet the physiological needs of human, social needs. Respect for needs and self-realization have a greater impact.
