【摘要】:本文以大型工程组织为研究对象,综合运用复杂适应系统理论、SOS理论、学习型组织理论等系统科学理论,结合数学建模及计算机仿真技术,从不同角度对大型工程组织系统的复杂性进行分析,并基于协同论、学习型组织理论探索和研究大型工程组织的协同管理机制及策略。 首先,从系统角度,运用系统论分析大型工程组织的系统属性,对系统要素、结构、及功能进行了分析。进一步针对大型工程组织特点,分别对大型工程组织的结构复杂性、行为复杂性以及认知复杂性进行定性分析,指出大型工程组织协同管理的必要性与重要性。 其次,从体系视角,分析大型工程组织的体系(SoS)特征,指出大型工程组织是由众多独立主体(系统)组成,在统一工程组织目标影响下相互适应、协同并产生涌现的复杂体系。建立了大型工程组织体系的概念图,提出大型工程组织体系的构建要建立开放的资源集成平台,以及设计合理的组织体系结构,指出体系构建过程中应遵循共生原则、可重构原则、模块化原则等开放原则。对大型工程组织体系结构进行了分析,在考虑了大型工程组织体系结构的层次性、关联性、以及涌现性等结构复杂性的基础上,建立了体系绩效测量的数学模型。 第三,针对大型工程组织的行为复杂性,从复杂适应系统角度通过仿真技术对大型工程组织的系统适应性进行深入分析,肯定了工程组织系统中他组织的重要作用,并表明对于大型工程组织来说,自组织与他组织相结合下的自组织控制方式能够使组织系统获得最佳适应性。 第四,基于协同论分析了大型工程的组织协同机理,分析了大型工程组织内部的竞争、协同两种产生有序结构的动力机制,并指出工程组织中多元主体共同遵守的行为规范和规章制度及共同提倡的工程文化等是组织协同的序参量。在此基础上提出大型工程组织的协同管理平台概念,指出组织协同平台本质上是为多元工程建设主体的集成协同及能力涌现提供一种环境,是“序参量”产生的必要外部条件。提出了协同管理平台的内涵、功能、结构及运行机制,并基于NK模型对组织协同管理机制中的关键问题进行了仿真分析。 最后,研究了大型工程组织的文化协同策略。基于学习型组织理论研究了如何通过学习型工程组织的五项修炼实现大型工程组织的主动式自组织协同管理。分析了工程组织协同的障碍,指出了大型工程组织文化协同策略的关键始于多方合作热情的激发,重点在于对多样性的调和。并基于这两点,结合工程实践,提出了大型工程组织文化协同的具体实施策略。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the large-scale engineering organizations as the research object, comprehensive use of complex adaptive system theory, learning organization theory and other systems science theory, combined with mathematical modeling and computer simulation technology. This paper analyzes the complexity of the large-scale engineering organization system from different angles, and explores and studies the cooperative management mechanism and strategy of the large-scale engineering organization based on the coordination theory and the learning organization theory. First of all, from the system point of view, using the system theory to analyze the system attributes of large engineering organizations, the system elements, structure, and functions are analyzed. Further, aiming at the characteristics of large-scale engineering organizations. The structural complexity, behavioral complexity and cognitive complexity of large engineering organizations are analyzed qualitatively, and the necessity and importance of collaborative management of large engineering organizations are pointed out. Secondly, from the point of view of the system, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the system SoS of large engineering organization, and points out that the large engineering organization is composed of many independent subjects (systems) and adapts to each other under the influence of the unified project organization goal. The concept diagram of large-scale engineering organization system is established, and the open resource integration platform and reasonable organization system structure are proposed for the construction of large-scale engineering organization system. It is pointed out that the open principles such as symbiotic principle, reconfigurable principle and modularization principle should be followed in the process of system construction. The structure of large-scale engineering organization system is analyzed and the hierarchy of large-scale engineering organization structure is considered. Based on the structural complexity of relevance and emergence, the mathematical model of system performance measurement is established. Thirdly, aiming at the complexity of behavior of large-scale engineering organizations, the system adaptability of large-scale engineering organizations is analyzed through simulation technology from the point of view of complex adaptive systems. The important role of other organization in engineering organization system is affirmed, and it is shown that for large engineering organization, the self-organization control mode combined with other organization can make the organization system obtain the best adaptability. In 4th, based on the theory of coordination, this paper analyzes the mechanism of organization coordination of large engineering, analyzes the internal competition of large engineering organizations, and analyzes the two dynamic mechanisms that produce orderly structures. It is also pointed out that the code of conduct and rules and regulations and the engineering culture that the multiple subjects abide by in the engineering organization are the order parameters of the organization cooperation. On this basis, the concept of collaborative management platform of the large engineering organization is put forward. It is pointed out that the organizational collaborative platform is an environment for the integration and cooperation of the multi-agent of engineering construction and the emergence of capability, which is the necessary external condition for the generation of "order parameter". The connotation and function of the collaborative management platform are put forward. Based on NK model, the key problems of cooperative management mechanism are simulated and analyzed. Finally. Based on the theory of learning-oriented organization, this paper studies how to realize active self-organization cooperative management of large engineering organization through the five-item training of learning engineering organization, and analyses the engineering of large-scale engineering organization. Obstacles to organizational coordination. It is pointed out that the key of cultural coordination strategy of large-scale engineering organizations begins with the arousal of multi-party cooperation enthusiasm, and the emphasis is on the reconciliation of diversity. Based on these two points, combined with engineering practice. The concrete implementation strategy of large-scale engineering organization culture cooperation is put forward.
