【摘要】:随着科学技术的发展,城市化进程加快以及工业化速度的加剧,目前资源消耗日趋加剧的问题也凸显了出来。在资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设的背景,生态居住区居住空间模型为物质、能量和信息,节约资源和能源的有效利用,人与人之间的和谐,是住宅产业发展的必然趋势。 本文首先在对生态居住区的相关概念进行界定的基础上,对国内和国际生态住宅区的一些成功案例及发展情况进行了分析研究。在城市生态居住区的生态因素和评价体系的基础上进行了分析及比较。 本文通过对长株潭地区居住小区的调研,采用层次分析法及比较研究法,结合我国目前制定的生态住区环境评价标准及规范,通过对生态居住园区室外环境评价指标的研究,形成相对完善的评价标准,并计算相应准则层指标对总目标的权重,确立因素层指标对准则层的重要影响程度权重,形成各层次因素对总目标体系的合成权重。提出适合长株潭地区生态住区发展的生态环境评价体系。本文通过对具有代表性的案例的深入研究,对长株潭生态居住区建设的规划特征和能有效采用的适用生态技术及环境友好处理技术进行了探讨和总结。为居住环境质量的综合提高和改善提供科学依据,最大限度地达成生态居住园区污染物友好处理技术研究与环境景观设计的融合。 最后分析得出结论,并提出了应进一步思考和研究的相关问题。对生态住宅整体的发展趋势进行了预测和展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the acceleration of urbanization and the acceleration of industrialization, the problem of resource consumption is becoming more and more serious, which is the background of the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society. The living space model of ecological residential area is material, energy and information, saving the effective use of resources and energy, and harmonious between people, which is the inevitable trend of the development of housing industry. First of all, this paper defines the concept of ecological residential area on the basis of. Some successful cases and their development in domestic and international ecological residential areas are analyzed and studied. The ecological factors and evaluation system of urban ecological residential areas are analyzed and compared. Through the investigation of the residential district in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area, this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the comparative research method, combined with the environmental evaluation standards and norms of the ecological residential area currently formulated in our country. Through the study of the outdoor environmental evaluation index of the ecological residential park, a relatively perfect evaluation standard is formed, and the weight of the corresponding criterion layer index to the total objective is calculated. Establish the important influence degree weight of the factor layer index to the criterion layer. Form the synthetic weight of each level of factors to the total objective system, and put forward the ecological environment evaluation system suitable for the development of ecological settlements in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area. This paper discusses and summarizes the planning characteristics of ecological residential area construction in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan and the suitable ecological technology and environment-friendly treatment technology which can be used effectively, which provides scientific basis for the comprehensive improvement and improvement of living environment quality. To maximize the ecological residential park pollution friendly treatment technology research and environmental landscape design integration. Finally, the conclusion is drawn, and the related problems which should be further considered and studied are put forward. The overall development trend of ecological residence is forecasted and forecasted.
