【摘要】：工程建设项目的进度控制是项目管理的重要组成部分,是项目实现预期收益不可或缺的重要内容,因此,做好工程建设项目的进度控制工作具有很重大的现实意义。泉城印象商业区项目预计起止时间为2011年7月至2016年6月,此项目属于未开工的工程建设项目,因此,选题“泉城印象商业区项目进度控制研究”值得进行研究探讨。选题以项目进度控制理论为基础,对泉城印象商业区项目的进度控制进行了研究,具体的研究结果如下：首先,奠定研究的理论基础与现实基础。一方面,通过对项目进度控制的国内外研究现状与发展动态进行梳理,获得研究的理论基础：另一方面,通过对泉城印象商业区项目情况的实地考察等,了解到该项目的基本情况,获得研究的现实基础;其次,根据泉城印象商业区项目的建设过程,通过的三个步骤,即：项目定义、项目计划、项目执行与控制对泉城用用印象商业区项目的进度进行测度,同时识别项目风险,获得建设项目进度的具体情况,并在此基础上提出合理的进度控制方案；再次,从理念层面、技术层面、制度层面,分别给出实现泉城印象商业区项目进度控制计划的进度控制措施。具体而言,理念层面的进度控制措施包括：树立正确的进度控制价值观；营造全员参与进度控制的文化氛围。技术层面的进度控制措施包括：合理安排进度计划,提高项目效率：加大科研投入力度,降低项目长期进度。制度层面的进度控制措施包括：合理安排施工进程,控制作业进度；合理调配施工人员,提升直接人工进度。最后,对全文进行了总结,并进行了相应的未来展望。综观全文,既存在切入点与研究方法的创新,又存在数据收集与整理等方面存在的天然不足,使得泉城印象商业区项目进度控制的研究,具有较为重大的理论意义与现实意义的同时,又存在较大的发展空间。尤其是用图形法跟踪进度并预测趋势应用于工程建设项目的进度测度,是典型的理论应用于实践的探索,虽然,很多专家学者提到此方法应用于工程建设项目进度控制的过程中,但是,据资料显示,如此完整的应用案例此前尚未出现,使得选题“泉城印象商业区项目进度控制研究”更加具有意义的同时,为其他相关研究提供了参考和依据。
[Abstract]:Progress control of engineering construction project is an important part of project management and an indispensable content to realize expected income. It is of great practical significance to control the progress of the construction project. The expected start and end time of the project in Quancheng impression commercial district is from July 2011 to June 2016. This project belongs to the construction project that has not been started. Therefore, the topic of "Project schedule control research in Quancheng impression commercial district" deserves to be studied and discussed. The topic is based on the theory of project schedule control.
