关于公共建筑围护结构节能设计的研究

【摘要】:一个国家储备能源的多少,是衡量其国民经济发展的重要因素,同时它也制约着国民经济的发展。改革开放以来,建筑的能耗逐日增长,其速度已经超过能源生产的速度。在建筑的使用过程中,如果能做好节能措施,将大幅度减少基础能源的消耗,促进人类的可持续性发展。搞好建筑的节能工作,不仅能节约能源,促进经济发展,而且对促进大气环境和室内热环境的改善,也有重要的意义。 本文介绍了建筑节能设计的几种非稳态传热分析方法、建筑能耗模拟软件及能耗计算方法、建筑节能设计需遵循的设计原理,并重点对建筑外围护结构包括外墙、屋面、外窗三种结构的节能技术措施进行了深入研究,通过热工计算的方法研究热桥、外墙构造做法与外墙平均传热系数的关系,总结出窗墙比设置与外墙传热系数的关联关系。同时,根据一实际工程项目,利用DEST能耗模拟软件对不同工况条件下的建筑情况进行模拟,改进原有外墙和屋面方案,通过比较分析的方法分析不同外墙、屋面、外窗方案的优缺点。 本文通过深入分析研究,利用热工计算方法推导出外墙平均传热系数Km与热桥平均传热系数与外墙主体传热系数之差△k的关系,得出外墙外保温构造做法的节能效果优于内保温构造做法的结论。建议规范中外墙传热系数应与窗墙比相关联,以确保不同部位传热系数的设定值能满足更高节能标准。通过模拟总结出建筑窗墙比与建筑空调能耗的关系以及各围护结构对建筑整体能耗影响的比例顺序。
[Abstract]:The amount of energy reserves in a country is an important factor to measure the development of its national economy. At the same time, it also restricts the development of the national economy. Since the reform and opening up, the energy consumption of buildings has been increasing day by day. Its speed has exceeded the speed of energy production. In the process of building use, if energy saving measures can be done, the consumption of basic energy will be greatly reduced. To promote the sustainable development of human beings and to save energy and promote economic development are not only of great significance to the improvement of atmospheric environment and indoor thermal environment, but also to the improvement of indoor thermal environment. This paper introduces several unsteady heat transfer analysis methods for building energy saving design, building energy consumption simulation software and energy consumption calculation method, and the design principles to be followed in building energy conservation design. In addition, the energy saving technology measures of exterior wall, roof and window are studied in detail, and the thermal bridge is studied by thermal calculation method. The relationship between the construction method of the exterior wall and the average heat transfer coefficient of the exterior wall is summarized, and the relationship between the setting of the window wall ratio and the heat transfer coefficient of the exterior wall is summarized. DEST energy consumption simulation software is used to simulate the building conditions under different working conditions, improve the original external wall and roof scheme, through comparative analysis of different external walls, roof. The advantages and disadvantages of the outer window scheme. In this paper, the relationship between the average heat transfer coefficient (km) of the external wall and the difference between the average heat transfer coefficient of the thermal bridge and the heat transfer coefficient of the main wall of the outer wall is derived by using the method of thermal calculation. It is concluded that the energy saving effect of exterior wall thermal insulation is better than that of internal insulation structure. It is suggested that the heat transfer coefficient of external wall should be related to the window wall ratio in the code. In order to ensure that the setting value of heat transfer coefficient of different parts can meet the higher energy saving standard, the relationship between building window wall ratio and building air conditioning energy consumption and the proportional order of the influence of each enclosure structure on the overall building energy consumption are summarized through simulation.
