F建筑公司劳动关系管理研究

【摘要】:企业劳动关系是指企业劳动力使用者或管理者与企业劳动者在实现劳动的过程中所结成的与劳动相关的社会经济利益关系。企业劳动关系管理受到社会经济、技术、政策、法律法规和社会文化背景等因素的影响。企业劳动关系管理是人力资源管理中至关重要的一部分,用人单位通过规范化、制度化管理,使劳动关系双方的行为规范化,双方权益得到合法保障的一系列活动。建立稳定和谐的劳动关系,有助于企业的长期稳定和发展。 本研究首先阐述了研究的背景和目的,接着探讨了劳动关系管理的意义及研究方法等内容,辨析了企业劳动关系的相关基本概念、模式以及相关理论,并分析比较了几种劳动关系管理的模式,同时也深入分析了建筑行业目前劳动关系管理的特征,还描述了F建筑公司劳动关系管理的现状,提出了F建筑公司和谐劳动关系管理模式的构想。通过对F建筑公司劳动关系管理现状的分析,发现F建筑公司没有按照相关劳动法律法规来规范用工行为,在劳动合同签订、社会保险、员工培训、工会发展等方面存在着很多问题,急需人力资源管理部门进行相应的制度创新。在研究过程中,结合F建筑公司的发展状况和员工概况,运用了访谈法、问卷调查法、案例分析法。通过访谈、问卷调查和案例分析了各个管理层和一线员工的劳动状况、对工作的态度看法以及管理中存在的问题。通过分析,最终提出了F建筑公司劳动关系管理优化设计方案。
[Abstract]:Enterprise labor relationship refers to the relationship between labor force users or managers and enterprise workers in the process of realizing labor, which is related to the social and economic interests of labor. The management of enterprise labor relations is subject to social economy. Technology, policy, laws and regulations, social and cultural background and other factors. Enterprise labor relations management is a vital part of human resources management, employers through standardized, institutionalized management. A series of activities to standardize the behavior of both sides of labor relations and guarantee the rights and interests of both sides legally. The establishment of stable and harmonious labor relations is conducive to the long-term stability and development of enterprises. This study first describes the background and purpose of the study, then discusses the significance of labor relations management and research methods, and analyzes the basic concepts, models and related theories of labor relations in enterprises. At the same time, it also deeply analyzes the characteristics of the current labor relations management in the construction industry, and describes the current situation of labor relations management in F construction company. This paper puts forward the conception of harmonious labor relationship management mode of F construction company. By analyzing the present situation of labor relations management in F construction company, it is found that F construction company has not regulated the employment behavior according to the relevant labor laws and regulations. There are many problems in labor contract signing, social insurance, employee training, trade union development and so on. Human resource management department is in urgent need of corresponding system innovation. Combined with the development of F construction company and the general situation of the employees, the use of interviews, questionnaires, case analysis. Through interviews, questionnaires and cases to analyze the labor situation of each management and front-line staff. Based on the analysis of the attitude to work and the problems existing in the management, the optimal design scheme of labor relations management in F construction company is put forward.
