城市道路窨井沉降破坏机理及防治技术研究

【摘要】:随着城镇化战略的不断推进,城市道路规模也在不断的增长。作为城市道路系统的重要组成部分—窨井,在发挥其作用的同时,由于技术限制和结构本身的缺陷,在面对城市道路重交通荷载的作用下,许多窨井出现了下沉、突起、倾斜、井盖断裂等破坏现象。这些病害在城市沥青道路上更为严重,甚至已经成为城市道路的“通病”,对城市交通、汽车寿命、驾驶安全性和舒适性以及城市道路形象都造成了负面影响。为寻求解决窨井沉降破坏问题的措施,本文作了如下研究工作: (1)对柳州市内若干条具有代表性的城市道路上窨井进行了现场调查,发现沥青路面窨井沉降破坏情况要远远大于水泥混凝土路面;快车道窨井破坏情况要比慢车道严重。选择破坏情况比较典型的沥青道路窨井进行详细分析,主要原因是交通荷载和井体本身结构缺陷所致。 (2)对传统砖砌窨井沉降破坏机理进行了分析。从砖砌窨井的埋深、受力、材料结构缺陷、施工工艺以及砖砌井破坏形式和破坏部位进行了调查和分析。 (3)针对传统砖砌窨井存在的问题,列举了目前能用于替代传统砖砌井的几种新型窨井,通过对比初步验证新型塑料窨井技术能有效地防止窨井沉降病害,施工工艺简单,技术上具有优良的性能,且经济效益显著等。 (4)针对砖砌井受力破坏和结构破坏的类型,根据相关试验规范,对新型塑料窨井技术和传统砖砌井材料和结构进行了各种针对性的室内试验研究。验证了塑料窨井在材料结构方面相对于砖砌材料和结构的优越性,进一步验证工程应用可行性。 (5)通过塑料窨井技术在市政道路中的应用案例,对其施工方案、实施效果的工程可靠性和经济性进行分析。证明塑料窨井技术在城市沥青道路防沉降破坏方面具有工程可靠性和经济可行性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of urbanization strategy, the scale of urban roads is also growing. As an important part of urban road system, scentwell is playing its role at the same time. Due to the technical limitation and the defects of the structure itself, many scenting wells appear sinking, protruding and tilting in the face of heavy traffic load on urban roads. These diseases are more serious in urban asphalt roads, and have even become "common diseases" of urban roads, to urban traffic, automobile life. Driving safety and comfort, as well as the image of urban roads, have had a negative impact. In order to solve the problem of scenting subsidence and destruction, the following research work has been done in this paper: 1) the site investigation of scenting wells on some representative urban roads in Liuzhou City shows that the settlement damage of scenting wells on asphalt pavement is much larger than that of cement concrete pavement. The damage of fast track scenting well is more serious than that of slow driveway. The main reason of selecting the typical asphalt road scenting well is the traffic load and the structural defect of the well itself. In this paper, the settlement and failure mechanism of traditional brick scenting well is analyzed. The buried depth, force, material structure defect, construction technology, damage form and failure position of brick scenting well are investigated and analyzed. Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional brick scenting wells, this paper enumerates several new scenting wells which can be used to replace the traditional brick scenting wells, and preliminarily proves that the new plastic scenting well technology can effectively prevent the scenting well subsidence disease. The construction technology is simple, the technology has the fine performance, and the economic benefit is remarkable and so on. (4) according to the relevant test code, according to the types of failure and structural failure of brick wells. The new plastic scenting well technology and traditional brick well materials and structures were studied in laboratory. The superiority of plastic scenting well in material structure was verified compared with that of brick well material and structure. Further verify the feasibility of engineering application. Through the application of plastic scenting technology in municipal roads, the construction scheme is discussed. The engineering reliability and economy of the effect of the application are analyzed. It is proved that the plastic scenting technology has engineering reliability and economic feasibility in the aspect of anti-settlement damage of urban asphalt road.
