风积沙处理河套地区软弱地基的技术研究

【摘要】:针对河套地区软弱地基基底换填采用风积沙替代砂砾进行碾压的加固处理问题,众多学者采用砂砾垫层、冲挤密法、强夯法、抛石挤淤法及其它化学方法等解决软地基基底换填处理,,但涉及研究利用风积沙加固处理软地基的应用技术几乎为空白。本课题作者采用风积沙替代砂砾用于河套地区沼泽洼地、湿地软地基基底换填的加固处理技术进行研究,取得了如下研究成果与结论: ①对河套地区库布其沙区路用风积沙的物理特性和工程特性进行研究,得出了河套地区风积沙的天然级配、天然干燥状态下含水量、不均匀系数、曲率系数、细度模数、CBR值、回弹模量、压缩性能,并对水理特性也做了必要的研究。 ②河套地区沼泽洼地、湿地等软地基特点:地下水位高、路基地基的抗剪强度小、承载力较低;针对其地基特点对试验路段K936+800~K937+300不同路段的地基加固方法及施工工艺进行研究:试验路段K936+800~K937+250基底采用填筑风积沙进行碾压的加固方法;试验路段K937+250~K937+300基底采用铺设砂砾进行碾压的加固方法,目的是为了与设置风积沙加固段进行效果对比。 ③动态监测试验段K936+800~K937+300路基软土地基不同加固处理后地基沉降与稳定性,实验结果表明:观测到的路堤各沉降板的日沉降量及路基坡脚边桩位移速率均远小于路基填筑施工期的控制标准,反映出该段软地基经设置换填风积沙加固处理是科学的、可行的,能完全满足路基施工要求。 ④对试验路段K936+800~K937+300不同路段的加固处理方法进行数值模拟计算研究,结果显示:风积沙和砂砾处理河套地区软地基基底与实验结果比较吻合,应用风积沙替代砂砾加固处理河套地区软地基基底是可行的。 结论认为:通过实验和理论方面研究,风积沙可以替代砂砾作为河套地区软地基基底的加固材料。 研究成果将用于河套地区沼泽湿地和沙漠地区基底处理方面,起到降低工程造价、取材方便、缩短施工工期和保护环境等作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the Hetao area soft foundation base for reinforcement problems filled with aeolian sand gravel instead of rolling, many scholars used gravel cushion, punching compaction method, dynamic compaction, riprap compaction and other chemical methods to solve the replacement treatment of soft foundation, but involves the study of eolian sand reinforcement application technology the soft foundation is almost blank. The author uses the aeolian sand gravel replacement for Hetao area wetland marsh depressions, soft foundation base for filling reinforcement technology research, we got the following results and conclusions:
The physical characteristics of the Shaqulu khub Hetao area with aeolian sand and the engineering characteristic of the natural gradation in Hetao area of eolian sand, natural drying condition of moisture content, uniformity coefficient, coefficient of curvature, fineness modulus, CBR value, modulus of resilience, compression performance, and also do the necessary study on water physical properties.
The Hetao area of marsh depressions, wetlands and other characteristics of soft foundation, high underground water level and small shear strength of subgrade foundation, bearing capacity is low; research on method and construction technology for strengthening the foundation of foundation on the test section of K936+800~K937+300 characteristics of different sections: strengthening method of test section of K936+800~K937+250 substrate used to fill the aeolian sand compaction; the test section K937+250~K937+300 substrate by using the reinforcement method of laying gravel compaction, the purpose is to set up and Sharjah aeolian solid section to compare the effects.
K936+800~K937+300 soft subgrade test section of the dynamic monitoring of different reinforcement foundation settlement and stability of embankment, the experimental results show that the measured settlement plates on the settlement of the embankment slope and side pile displacement rate is far smaller than the control standard of subgrade construction period, reflecting the soft foundation by setting the replacement of aeolian sand reinforcement is scientific and feasible, can fully meet the requirements of subgrade construction.
Numerical simulation research, strengthening method for the K936+800~K937+300 test sections of different sections of the results showed that: compared with aeolian sand and gravel processing in Hetao area soft ground base and experimental results, the application of aeolian sand gravel replacement is feasible reinforcement of soft foundation in Hetao area basement.
The conclusion is that, through experimental and theoretical studies, aeolian sand can be used as a reinforcement material for the soft foundation of the Hetao area.
The research results will be applied to the treatment of substrate in marsh and desert area of Hetao area, which can reduce project cost, facilitate material acquisition, shorten construction period and protect environment.
