真空灌浆加固软土地基的试验研究

【摘要】:围海造地是沿海城市开发利用海洋、拓展海岸发展空间的重要手段之一,它可以充分利用海洋的空间资源属性,并具有深远的发展前景。如今,真空预压法是围海造地工程软土地基的主要处理方法。然而真空预压法加固后的软土地基地基承载能力还是无法满足高层建筑或对于地基承载能力要求比较高的工程项目。本文主要研究如何在真空预压法条件下再次提高软土地基地基承载能力,从而满足更多工程项目。通过模型试验方法,利用自主研制的试验装置开展真空预压处理与渗透灌浆之间的相互作用机理,寻求两者最佳工艺结合点,同时给出两者结合的理论模型,为下一步工艺试验及技术创新做好理论实验与理论准备。按照试验步骤进行室内模拟试验,需测定、对比以及分析试验前后土体物理性质指标,进而知道加固效果。同时,试验过程中需测定土体沉降量以及水土压力传感器应变值。从理论上,阐述真空灌浆的作用机理,并提出适用于真空灌浆的沉降计算公式、浆液分布公式以及灌浆量公式。根据真空灌浆加固软土地基的试验研究成果,相比于单纯真空预压法,我们能知道真空灌浆处理后土体的地基承载能力提高多少。总结真空灌浆时土体的沉降规律、寻求到真空灌浆最佳控制点,为现场真空灌浆加固软土地基应用提供依据。
[Abstract]:Reclaimed land is one of the important means for coastal cities to exploit and utilize the ocean and expand the coastal development space. It can make full use of the spatial resources of the ocean and has a far-reaching development prospect. Vacuum preloading method is the main treatment method of soft soil foundation in reclamation engineering. However, the bearing capacity of soft soil foundation strengthened by vacuum preloading method can not meet the requirements of high-rise buildings or the foundation bearing capacity. This paper mainly studies how to improve the bearing capacity of soft foundation again under the condition of vacuum preloading. In order to meet more engineering projects, through the model test method, the interaction mechanism between vacuum preloading and permeation grouting is carried out by using the self-developed test device, and the optimum technological combination point between the two is sought. At the same time, the theoretical model of the combination of the two is given, which makes theoretical experiment and theoretical preparation for the next step of technological experiment and technological innovation. The laboratory simulation test is carried out according to the test steps, and the physical properties of soil before and after the test need to be measured, compared and analyzed. At the same time, the settlement of soil and the strain value of soil and water pressure sensor should be measured during the test. Theoretically, the mechanism of vacuum grouting is expounded, and the calculation formula of settlement suitable for vacuum grouting is put forward. Slurry distribution formula and grouting quantity formula. According to the experimental results of vacuum grouting strengthening soft soil foundation, compared with the simple vacuum preloading method, We can find out how much the bearing capacity of soil can be improved after vacuum grouting, summarize the settlement law of soil during vacuum grouting, find out the best control point of vacuum grouting, and provide the basis for the application of vacuum grouting in strengthening soft soil foundation.
