【摘要】：“百年大计,质量第一”,质量水平的高低是一个国家科技、教育、经济和管理水平的综合反映。质量水平的高低决定了竞争力的强弱,质量将成为和平占领市场的最有力武器。建设工程是人们日常生活和工作的主要场所,建设工程质量的好坏,不仅关系到工程项目的投资效益,而且关系到人民群众的生命财产安全。特别是高校建筑项目的质量,不仅关系到学校的发展和教学水平的提高,更关系到广大师生的安全和生活。只有不断提高学校的硬件水平,才能为广大师生提供良好的学习环境和条件,带来良好的社会效益。目前学校图书楼建设工程违纪违规行为日益减少,工程质量有了很大改善,但是仍然存在不少问题,如何不断提高学校图书楼建设工程的质量水平,完善质量管理方法,成为当前亟需解决的问题。本文结合潍坊中学科技图书楼工程项目施工的实际情况,首先从理论上阐述了项目质量管理、质量计划、质量控制、质量管理的原则与方法,为研究质量管理提供了理论依据,其次,通过介绍潍坊中学科技图书楼建设项目的工程概况及总体部署、施工准备情况和施工计划,说明了学校图书楼建设项目质量管理的必要性,从潍坊中学科技图书楼建设项目概况出发分析了该项目质量标准体系,包括潍坊中学科技图书楼建设项目质量的影响因素及控制重点,同时阐述了潍坊中学科技图书楼建设项目的质量管理与控制。最后,根据项目质量管理和质量监督方面既存的或可能存在的问题,提出了解决问题的方法和具体的质量保障措施,使质量管理理论在建设工程项目质量管理中得到进一步的改进和完善。
[Abstract]:The level of quality is a comprehensive reflection of a country's level of science and technology, education, economy and management. The level of quality determines the strength of competitiveness. Quality will become the most powerful weapon to occupy the market peacefully. Construction project is the main place of people's daily life and work. The quality of construction project is not only related to the investment benefit of engineering project. Moreover, it relates to the safety of the people's life and property. Especially, the quality of the construction projects in colleges and universities is not only related to the development of the school and the improvement of the teaching level. It is also related to the safety and life of teachers and students. Only by continuously improving the hardware level of the school can we provide a good learning environment and conditions for the vast number of teachers and students. It brings good social benefits. At present, the violations of discipline and regulations in the school drawing library construction project are decreasing day by day, and the engineering quality has been greatly improved, but there are still many problems, how to improve the quality level of the school drawing book building construction project continuously, It is urgent to solve the problem of perfecting the method of quality management. In this paper, the quality management, quality plan, quality control of the project are expounded theoretically in the light of the actual situation of the construction of the science and technology drawing and calligraphy building project in Weifang Middle School. The principles and methods of quality management provide a theoretical basis for the study of quality management. Secondly, by introducing the general situation and overall arrangement of the construction project of Weifang Middle School Science and Technology drawing Library Building, the construction preparation and construction plan are introduced. This paper explains the necessity of the quality management of the school drawing library construction project, analyzes the quality standard system of the project from the general situation of the Weifang middle school science and technology library construction project, Including the Weifang middle school science and technology map library construction project quality influence factor and the control key point, at the same time elaborated Weifang middle school science and technology map book building construction project quality management and the control. Finally, According to the existing or possible problems in project quality management and quality supervision, the paper puts forward the methods to solve the problems and concrete quality assurance measures. The theory of quality management has been further improved and perfected in the construction project quality management.
