创新型科技园区的功能建构及空间形态研究

【摘要】:随着科学技术的飞速发展,,科学技术与全球经济的联系日渐紧密,科技创新毫无疑问成为推动当今社会进步与经济发展的主导因素和强大动力。尤其是国际金融危机以后,世界经济格局和国际力量对比出现新变化、新态势,综合国力竞争更趋激烈,创新能力的决定性意义更加突出。创新型科技园区作为我国的创新中心和高科技产业重要基地,在经历了几十年的发展后,经济的增速及效益明显减缓,出现了功能结构和空间布局等方面的问题。目前我国的科技园区建设正处于向创新驱动发展转型的关键时期,而国内对于创新型科技园区的开发建设缺乏实践经验与理论指导。因此,在规划设计层面对创新型科技园区的开发建设进行探讨,从而形成一套能够有效指导创新型科技园区进行功能组织与空间架构的理论体系,是现阶段我们必须完成的一项工作。 本文通过对国内外创新型科技园区建设的理论分析与实例论证,系统而全面地揭示了目前我国创新型科技园区在功能建构与空间形态方面的方向性设计策略。全文共六章,第一章提出了论文研究的背景,阐述了相关基本概念,分析了论文研究的目的、意义、内容及研究方法等。第二章介绍了国内外创新型科技园区的发展过程与理论研究成果,并提出了我国创新型科技园区在功能建构和空间形态方面存在的问题。第三章阐述了基础理论,通过对经济地理与规划建筑领域的相关理论借鉴,探索适合我国创新型科技园区建设的理论基础。第四章重点分析了创新型科技园区的功能建构,从园区的功能构成、各功能分区的设计要点、子系统间相互关系及功能布局的模式等方面探讨园区的功能建构方式。第五章则对创新型科技园区的空间形态进行了深入分析,从园区的区位布局、各空间要素的组合形态、空间布局手法及空间形态的设计策略等方面探讨园区的空间形态模式。笔者通过大量的实地调研案例与系统化的论证,力求从城市规划与设计的角度,探索出一种良性的、可持续发展的创新型科技园区功能建构与空间形态模式。第六章通过对参与的实践项目的详细介绍,进一步论证了上述理论研究,做到了理论与实践相结合。 本文希望通过对创新型科技园区功能与空间的分析,为国内建筑师和规划师在进行这方面研究、设计和建设时提供有用翔实的参考资料。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the relationship between science and technology and the global economy is becoming closer and closer. Scientific and technological innovation has undoubtedly become the leading factor and powerful driving force to promote social progress and economic development, especially after the international financial crisis. New changes have taken place in the world economic pattern and the balance of international forces, the overall national strength has become more competitive, and the decisive significance of innovation has become more prominent. As the innovation center and the important base of high technology industry in China, innovative science and technology parks have become more and more important. After decades of development, the economic growth rate and efficiency have slowed down obviously, and the problems of functional structure and spatial layout have emerged. At present, the construction of science and technology parks in China is in a critical period of transition to innovation-driven development. However, there is a lack of practical experience and theoretical guidance for the development and construction of innovative science and technology parks in China. Therefore, the development and construction of innovative science and technology parks are discussed at the level of planning and design. Therefore, it is necessary for us to form a theoretical system which can effectively guide the functional organization and spatial structure of the innovative science and technology park. Based on the theoretical analysis and demonstration of the construction of innovative science and technology parks at home and abroad, this paper systematically and comprehensively reveals the directional design strategies of the function construction and spatial form of the innovative science and technology parks in China. The first chapter presents the background of the thesis, describes the basic concepts, analyzes the purpose, significance, content and research methods of the paper. The second chapter introduces the development process and theoretical research results of the innovative science and technology park at home and abroad. The problems in function construction and spatial form of innovative science and technology parks in China are put forward. The third chapter expounds the basic theory, and draws lessons from the relevant theories in the field of economic geography and planning and construction. Chapter 4th focuses on the analysis of the function construction of innovative science and technology park, from the function composition of the park, the design essentials of each functional zone, In chapter 5th, the spatial form of innovative science and technology park is analyzed in depth, from the location layout of the park and the combination form of each space element, the paper discusses the mode of function construction of the park from the aspects of the relationship between subsystems and the mode of function layout, etc. In Chapter 5th, the spatial form of the innovative science and technology park is deeply analyzed. This paper probes into the pattern of space form of the park from the aspects of space layout technique and design strategy of space form. Through a large number of field investigation cases and systematic argumentation, the author tries to explore a kind of benign city planning and design from the angle of city planning and design. The function construction and spatial form model of innovative science and technology park for sustainable development. Chapter 6th, through the detailed introduction of the participating practical projects, further demonstrates the above theoretical research, and achieves the combination of theory and practice. Through the analysis of the function and space of the innovative science and technology park, this paper hopes to provide useful reference materials for the domestic architects and planners in the research, design and construction of this area.
