可视化远程结构健康监测预警系统开发

【摘要】:为了保障结构的安全性、适用性和耐久性,对已建的重大工程结构和基础设施进行健康监测,对提高工程结构的使用安全性,保障人民生命财产安全具有极其重大的意义。由于目前已投入使用的健康监测系统大多数是为监测对象量身定做,不具备通用性,且在可视化模型显示方面的研究甚少。本课题在前人的科研成果的基础上,自主设计开发出了一套远程可视化的健康监测系统。 本文首先总结了前人开发远程健康监测系统过程中的经验成果,以及有待改善的地方。然后全面地介绍了本系统开发过程中所涉及到的核心技术,包括多用户系统的通讯模式,监测数据获取与传输方式,图表显示界面的功能和3D可视化图形显示的实现方法等。接着,文中对系统所实现的可视化功能和所达到的效果逐一进行了说明和演示。再针对远程健康监测所需的数据库相关的问题,给出了自己的看法。最后,结合两个具体的工程实例,利用本系统对其进行远程监测,以评估所设计系统的可行性和实用性。 本次设计的远程监测程序不同于通常仅针对某一特定工程设计的模式,具有较好的通用性;利用常用的TCP网络通讯协议所实现的远程健康监测功能,在只要有网络的环境中即可使用,相比于其他方式,适用范围更广;在监测预警功能方面,,系统在自动预警之外,通过设置不同的登录权限,加入了人工调控的机制;另外,将AutoCAD二次开发后的主窗口的图形化界面嵌入本程序中,既降低了建模难度,又较好地实现了3D可视化图形的显示功能。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safety, applicability and durability of the structure, the health monitoring of the major engineering structure and infrastructure has been carried out, and the safety of the engineering structure has been improved. It is of great significance to ensure the safety of people's lives and property. As most of the health monitoring systems that have been put into use at present are tailor-made for monitoring objects, they are not universal. Based on the previous research results, a remote visual health monitoring system is designed and developed. This paper first summarizes the experience and achievements in the process of developing the remote health monitoring system, and then introduces the core technologies involved in the development of the system. It includes the communication mode of multi-user system, the mode of data acquisition and transmission, the function of chart display interface and the realization method of 3D visual graphic display, etc. The visualization function and effect of the system are explained and demonstrated one by one. Finally, the author gives his own opinion on the problems related to the database needed for remote health monitoring. Finally, two concrete engineering examples are given. The system is used for remote monitoring to evaluate the feasibility and practicability of the designed system. The remote monitoring program designed in this paper is different from the mode which is usually designed for a particular project, and has good versatility. The remote health monitoring function is realized by using the commonly used TCP network communication protocol. It can be used in an environment where there is only a network, and it has a wider scope of application than any other means. In terms of monitoring and warning functions, the system adds a mechanism of manual regulation in addition to the automatic warning by setting up different login permissions. The graphical interface of the main window after the second development of AutoCAD is embedded in this program, which not only reduces the difficulty of modeling, but also realizes the display function of 3D visual graphics.
